Erika was very helpful with tracking my order and even once I confirm that I did receive a tracking number she double checked to make sure that it was on its way and in fact when an extra step to check another order that was placed and let me know that it was at customs, waiting to be cleared

Customer Service has been excellent
Customer Service has been excellent. I had a very noisy Nordic Sculpt vibrating madly at higher speeds so emailed about it. I added a short video to show the issue and immediately was advised a replacement would be sent out. I have now received the replacement & restarted use.
I haven’t seen any changes yet but only been a few weeks.

If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my choice. Absolutely THE worst company to deal with. The product does not work. I contacted the company three times before the return period was up (100 days). They didn’t answer. I then contacted one more time, and they wrote back only to tell me I was beyond the return time period. After a bunch of back and forth , they offered a refund. Then, another CS rep comes in and tells me they can’t and explains the return policy again. I explained my side again and how coincidental their only response was after the return period. Scam!?!?!!! More back and forth. I am then offered a full store credit and as much as I didn’t want it, I eventually accepted because they refuse to give me my money back. After accepting, they send another email taking that offer back and only offering half of what I paid in store credit. In the end, this is the biggest scam company!
Part 2 - UPDATE:
When they saw my Truspilot review, ironically they contacted me immediately and said if I took it down, they now had the capability of sending me more product in the equivalent of how much I spent on their crap product ($150). Still “can’t” give me my money back! They didn’t like that I called them a scam company - they don’t like the word “scam”. I pointed out that they could just send me my money back, but they again claimed they “can’t”. So, I agreed on the free products to see if it was another scam. Spoiler alert - it was!!! He sent an email showing the shipment. A week later, I checked and it was still stuck saying “processing”. A week later, same thing. Clicked on tracking through “Shop” and it was a broken link. They aren’t sending product and it was another stall tactic. I’ve written three emails since with no response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY! Do NOT deal with them! This overpriced product doesn’t work but if you want to try, there are more reputable companies out there that have better customer service. Honest companies!!! After researching, this company is known for scamming and known for sending faulty products, or taking money but not sending the product and then not answering emails. Unbelievable! How do these companies stay in business?
