I took Nooroots Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea from this company.thr capsules came nice packed and looked good quality.it was easy to take and initially it cause me slight upset stomach but i carried on taking it and it settled down in day or two.i have two kids under 3 so ireally need good stress free mind it makes me sleep deep and wake up not tired.i feel more energetic and i can work better i feel more calmer and i can play with my kids without getting tired.i ll definitely keep taking it

Ive been taking these for around 2 months, they helped with certain issues Ive had, like sleep . Im going to get some more as I think they had good.
