I’ve been really impressed with Nooroots Ashwagandha Lion’s Mane. It’s helped with mental focus and overall wellbeing, and the 120 capsules last a long time, which is great value. Definitely worth trying if you want support for both mind and body.

I am reviewing after doing the trial. Good product. I had no side effects. I found taking it in the evening worked the best for me as it did help with sleep.
