Customer focussed Company

Following my change of supplier from a poor supplier to No One Internet. The difference is night and day. My previous supplier (Vodafone) had no interest or commitment to helping with issues. When I called up No One for Tech Support I was immediately put through to Stephen Wells-Gaston who was brilliant and did everything I needed, as a new customer, to ensure that my equipment was set up for optimum performance. He was really patient with the fact that my knowledge of things internet wasn't good. However he taught me some things I never new. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and would recommend "No One Internet" for their commitment to the customer experience.

Superb Customer Service

I haven't even begun my contract with No One and I'm already impressed. Their customer service has been polite, professional, and speedy in helping resolve an issue with One Touch Switching. If the broadband service is just as good, I'll be a very happy customer!

Fantastic ISP

Great honest service.

My internet is getting installed today, as promised. Stephen was very helpful, great communication skills and honest and upfront. After speaking to Stephen, I felt like we are back in early 90's when we used to had customer service based in UK. We lost it when we have outsourced this great industry.

Excellent customer service

My internet when down on a Thursday, I raised this with NoOne on the Friday using their portal/chat. The contacted me within minutes to talk about the issue and to let me know that it was line fault. They passed this on to City Fiber who fixed the issue later Sunday. NoOne then updated me on the Monday morning.

From start to finish NoOne kept me updated and handled the issue in good time. Excellent service

CityFibre had cut off my connection two…

CityFibre had cut off my connection two days before my switching date when working on another flat's connection. As I was still with Talktalk, they dragged out the unnecessary questions and raised a ticket which I never heard back from.

As soon as I switched to No One, they were quick to contact CityFibre, with no complications. So much easier to deal with. Night and day compared to TalkTalk

New Customer Experience

It has only been a few days since the installation and my new broadband is working very well indeed. I have opted for No One's 500 Mbps 12 month contract.

Their customer service can only be described as excellent - not a word one can use often these days.

I was very nervous about moving my broadband to a new provider because my previous provider was very good but was not able to provide speeds beyond 60 Mbps as they did not have the infrastructure. No One's customer service always answered my calls very quickly, they were extremely patient and helpful and I found their advisor knowledgeable. There was no pressure tactics and they made sure all my questions was answered properly.

Their router arrived very promptly, they were also able to bring forward my installation date at my request. The installation, done by CityFibre, went without a hitch. I had a working broadband when I got home from work!

On wired connection, I am getting 500+ Mbps up and down; my son's Xbox (in the same room as the router) is getting just under 200 Mbps wirelessly. My phone, when I am sitting in the router room is giving me, quite incredibly, about 500 Mbps up and down! Upstairs, wirelessly, we are getting about 200 Mbps without using a range extender - this is more than sufficient for our needs at the moment. The point to note is that to get full 500 Mbps, you do need wired connections.

I recognise it is early days but I just wanted to give praise where it is due, superb customer service from No One, stress free installation and a broadband that is working beautifully. We complain often enough, it is perhaps important to say it loud when a company does a good job.

I will of course revisit this review should something change.

2 year+ FTTP customer, great experience

I've been a customer of No One since CityFibre rolled out in my area just over two years ago, and those two years have been the most stress-free years of ISP service I've ever experienced.

Installation was quick, simple and worked with my own router. I did have a hiccup at first with IPv6 not working, but this appears to have been solved now.

I'm running at full 900Mbps from a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro and this service has been flawless non-stop.

I am a little wary that they have recently partnered with Home Telecom - I've never heard of that company before and their online portal is not the most user friendly. Time will tell.

The use of CGNAT for new connections is also slightly controversial, but I understand the reasoning for it.

A pretty solid all round experience, plus if anyone asks who my internet provider is they think I'm being snarky by saying "No One".

We have been with No One/Leetline now…

We have been with No One/Leetline now for over a year since we moved into our home, and had no issues at all, the customer support was incredibly quick and helpful when I had questions about some more technical thing regarding my online gaming.

I have waited 12 months before writing…

I have waited 12 months before writing a review to ensure I am fully confident and fair in what I say. I joined No One in September 2023 and today is the reason which reminded me why I switched from Virgin Media to this brilliant company. I have experienced fantastic speeds 900mb even through peak times. I had a minor issue about range but that is only due to the 3 floors I have in my property and Ben resolved it with pace! Whoever is reading this review leave the big brand providers and give No One a chance - first class service when you need it. Ps. I only called No One once in 12 months - that tells you all you need to know.

Terrible customer service

My husband and I arranged for No One Internet to set up Fibre in our newly rented property on the 1st of August. At the time of writing (27th August) we still do not have an internet connection. The engineer arrived on the 2nd of August to do the setup and ran into an issue (to be clear, our installation was completed but the connection to the CityLink network does not work). Every 5-10 days a new engineer will come out to try and fix the issue at the CityLink box on the road, so far with no success.
This is incredibly annoying, but worst of all is the customer service. We have had to chase No One every step of the way. We have to call to find out what the next step is, we have to call to find out the results of the engineer's test, and we have to call to find out why the engineer did not come when he was supposed to. Sometimes we call, and they say they will call us back when they know more, and of course, they do not. So we have to call again. Save your sanity, save your phone bill, and avoid avoid avoid this company.
To reply to No One Internet - I have provided a few more details to clarify our position. We will take this up with the email contact you have provided, thank you. Of course it is pure chance that the fastest reply we have received from your company is on Trustpilot.
Edit 16/09/24 - Increasing my rating to 3 stars, as after this review the customer service increased and we had to chase No One much less. Additionally, although they are unable to provide us with fibre for the time being (due to an issue out of their control) they have set us up with standard broadband on a rolling monthly contract for a reasonable price, until the issue is fixed by CityFibre in weeks/months. The only reason the rating is not higher is that when we asked them to reimburse the money we spent on a temporary internet solution (£130) they did not respond.

The best ISP by far

The best ISP by far! Amazing support, great customer service! They really do care about their customers and will go the extra mile to fix or resolve any queries or issues... I highly recommend No One, for both their speeds and the amazing customer service provided! Im adding another star of my own so that makes my review 6 stars!

NoOne was amazing

They had really great customer service & technical support who got straight to the point. Obviously being on CityFibre meant high speed. I couldn't fault them in anyway.

However since Home Telecom got involved things have gone downhill. Long phone waits (and crazy menus to navigate), emails that get ignored. It feels like it's gone too corporate and the processes aren't working. Hopefully they'll get things sorted, but I think migrating back to the old style (which is hard if you grow admittedly) made NoOne stand out. They're beginning to feel like any old ISP which is ashame.

Quick and great customer service

I called No One and asked how quickly I could get up and running and they told me a date and they stuck by that! Their customer service is beyond excellent!
Previous broadband were adding unnecessary weeks worth of waiting time and the customer service was appalling.

Its rare to get great Customer Service and solutions.

My internet was dropping very occasionally and this wasn't a problem while watching entertainment, but when I got cut out of an important meeting on Saturday evening I was planning on moving to a new provider and …..

On Sunday morning Darren Elsom sorted out a new router for me all in the space of less than half a day.

Not happy.

Not happy.
Ordered a 900Mb/s up/down Cityfibre installation and the confirmation email states that my upload speed will be 100Mb/s.

Not a problem I thought, so I immediately rang up and cancelled explaining this wasn’t what was offered when I ordered.
Problem is, they still sent the router and still haven’t cancelled the installation, making it impossible for me to order elsewhere.
Having to pay for the return of the router irks me as well, when all of this is down to their advertising.

Edit: Thankyou for the quick response but you would’ve still had a sale if that information was forthcoming when I phoned to cancel, citing the upload speed as the reason.
If you could just cancel the account/installation please, I’ve returned the router today.

Hi Steven. The welcome email you have received is incorrect. At the moment, all our CityFibre broadband circuits are symmetrical in your case 900up and 900 down). We are looking at introducing a cheaper asymmetrical service but this hasn't been launched yet. I will find out why the comms have been sent incorrectly but rest assured the service is 900 up and down.
