Our supplier Firstdata cut us off with only 60 days notice due to no fault of our own. Thankfully, we found Simon Lowe and he sorted us out with new merchant facilities and a fabulous new payment portal. The processing rates are extremely competitive and Simon's service was outstanding. We are now signed up and it is so wonderful to actually be able to talk to your merchant acquirer when you have any questions. We are very happy and we would highly recommend.

We were looking for a provider who is more connected to its client unlike some of the big corps and got this with Total Processing.
We required some hand holding at first but now we are on track.
Next day payments could be sooner hence the four stars.

Having dealt with a couple of Payment Processing Companies before, I am very happy to have chosen Total Processing in the end, the company was also recommended to me. The registration process, integration process as well as communication is of highest professional standards. All the backend tracking is also very professional and transparent including prompt payment. I give it a 9/10!

After scavenging the seven seas, searching for a needle in a haystack, and leaving no stone unturned, we finally got contact with the real deal. What is standing out from the competitors is Total Processings' responsiveness. At 10 p.m Martin was on the case and introducing what he had to offer, he have since then never left our side. From getting the necessary documents processed, to push on the banks, keep us connected with the tech support team (who also fixed the problem within minutes), to responding to whichever question we might have had within- literally- minutes, is in my book world-class.
They deliver, they really do.
