Nomadoc is a booking platform that connects travelers and expats English-speaking doctors in Mexico. We collect reviews on healthcare providers from expats and allow new patients to message the patient who left a review to inquire more about the service received. We make it easy to book house calls, for more urgent cases where the patient does not care which doctor will attend but rather prioritizes speed of service, there is a 90 minute house call feature where the patient can pin there location on the map, and it will send a notification to all available doctors in the area. The first doctor to respond will be at the patients house within 90 minutes or less. This works in Mexico City, Tulum, Cancun, Guadalajara, and Puerto Escondido. For less urgent cases there is the option to schedule an appointment for later. Patients can easily find healthcare providers by searching by specialty or service in their location. For healthcare providers, we offer a proprietary booking calendar designed for doctors. They can initiate hippa compliant video calls with a few clicks, send a form to the patient to request medical information to save time during the visit, adjust prices based on days of the week and time of day.

Easy and practical!
It’s super easy and practical for both patients and doctors! As dr you get a request through WA and decide if the day/time requested fits or suggest another option, the only issue, maybe, is sometimes that second option might for suit the patient and then gets complicated to find a suitable time, but, manager from NomaDoc is amazing and always helps when situations like this happens!
