At Nomad Frontiers, we aspire to be Canada's local bike shop. But it didn't start that way. We set out to build NOMAD with a vision grounded in community, inclusiveness, and the power of epic cycling adventures to create memories and solidify friendships. We set out to build a travel company - both products to create your own adventure and expert advice to guide your next, more distant excursion. That was, until COVID got in the way.
Now, we've taken that same passion for community and expanded on our cycling retail plans. Our value proposition? Better customer service? No. The best customer service. Good first time experience with this bike shop.
This was the first time dealing with this online bike shop but they carried a floor pump that I couldn't find anywhere else, and it was in stock (confirmed by email), and it was shipped nearly immediately. They responded quickly to emails, and the pump was well packaged. So far so good - would recommend them.
