Everything went smoothly. The unit I purchased arrived on time in good share. It was an authentic unit because it was able to connect with the manufacturer and the myAir app.

Paid a lot for a new cpap machine which is defective. They refused to exchange it. Spoke with Alex a rude jerk who claims he’s a respiratory therapist AND the owner of the company. He’s as much a respiratory therapist as my dog. Wouldn’t give me his last name. Why? Maybe because he runs a scam company. Called me names. Couldn’t be more unprofessional. Refused to exchange it, spewed out more verbal abuse and hung up. Put in a claim with American Express. Stay away from these crooks.

They made arrangements to send me a monthly supply of CPAP filter and water. Now, the delivery of my supplies is constant and consistent.

This company will take your money and not take care of you when you need help, I've had a lot of problems with them ,I lost 3800dollars with them, They will come back on this post and try to cover them self's,

I bought 2 Cpap machines from this shop, when they arrived i was in shock in the conditions they were in. The units were scratched on all surfaces, has strange liquids in the tubing and one of them even began to grow mold !!!!!!

When attempting to return the items i was told that they can not accept any returns and refused to do anything.

When i contacted the customer services department a gentleman named "Alex Mar" answered the phone in a rude demeanor, when i told him about the situation he began to call me a liar and said " i have a lot of clients like you wanting to return items " then hung up the phone.

I have never experienced such horrible service when purchasing supplies, my recommendation is not to purchase anything that they have listed as "Refurbished" or "Certified Used"

UPDATE: After I posted my review on Friday, I received an email on Monday about my order. On Wednesday, I received the correct item and the incorrect item was returned using the label provided by No Medical Insurance. In the email thread, JS commented 'Please call. Archy is complaining'. Clearly JS was more concerned about Archy complaining and not that the wrong item was received. Why did it take a 1-star review, which Archy didn't like, to make things right? Terrible customer service. I added a star because my order was corrected.

Company sent wrong CPAP machine. I requested return/replacement, which was cancelled 3 days later. I called and was sent to VM. Twice, I used the 'live' chat feature to no avail. After hours, the chat allows you to send a message. I received my delivery on 9/13 and have heard nothing from No Insurance Medical Supplies, except for the return cancellation. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Got my CPAP machine at a discounted price. I almost didn't proceed with my sleep apnea treatment due to the cost of CPAP Machines but No Insurance Medical Supplies offers great deals and packages.

Very poor customer service. My order indicated overnight service for which I paid over $90. My order never arrived. I called this morning and was told that it was a UPS problem -- they did not pick up orders.
I asked why no one let me know that this important order was not shipped and was told:
"we do not contact customers."
Very disappointed and very upset.

I was not told that the CPAP mask I ordered was all one piece. So I cannot replace specific parts when they need changed out. I have written numerous emails and today no one still has replied.

My wife suffers from severe lung damage. Her mask is broken and she was praying for a comfortable replacement for her breathing machine. We ordered the full face mask and paid $116 dollars for it. This is a lot of money to us and was hard to come up with. The mask finally arrived and was too small to fit her face. She was in tears. I called them and they basically said too bad.. We will not take it back or replace it. We can not afford to buy another. It was never used. And my wife is now forced to use the mask she has held together with tape. Thanks for your lack of compassion and your greed. I hope no one else accidently orders the wrong size. You're screwed. Thanks a lot

Price gouging on PPE. Product broke very soon after receipt and will not refund or send a replacement . Buyer beware!

If I were you I would take very close consideration when buying a product from this company. My CPAP came with a damage reservoir and they said they would send me one overnight and lied to me and send it regular mail. Then the power cord just keeps disconnecting by itself. And Alex the manager said too bad there’s nothing we can do about it all the machines are that bad. And they would not even send me a new power cord and I’ve only had the machine for a couple of days. Please don’t buy any used equipment from this company because once they get your money they will tell you to go fly a kite.

Very poor customer service, Ordered a post op boot which came late. Called company stated it was still in box with plastic on, had never been used. Refuses refund. Using COVID as a reason not to return product.

Very poor customer service. They don't even want to talk or discuss anything further. Price gouging on their N95 masks. I found the exact same mask one third (1/3 or 33.333% if you can believe that!) of the price! When I tried to return them even BEFORE they were delivered, they refused. I asked if I could refuse the delivery so that it would get sent back to them, and they said no. They also try to gouge you through their refund policy as if the price on the mask was not enough. You will get it up where the sun don't shine with these people. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a few N95 masks and a dozen of disposable masks and these are very good quality and best of all, they don't smell the nauseating gasoline like the ones I ordered from other websites. Masks were very clean and wrapped nicely. They shipped very fast. I will only order masks from No Insurance Medical from now on.

I ordered what was listed as Responsive Respiratory Oxygen Cylinder E Tank - Gently used, listed as CONDITION:Refurbished. not sure what refurbished means to you but also states in ad 5 year Hydrostatic test . i received a total of 11 cylinders last hydrostatic test dates 03/12, 08/13, 10/13, 5/14, 04/15, 09/15, 10/16, 02/17, 05/17, 03/18, and the only one I can remotely call refurbished at 01/20. was transfered to an Alex who is .supposedly in charge of this area, a rather rude individual. says i just dont know how to read the dates. I have been in the business long enough sir and can read very well. All I can say is buyer beware as there idea of a refurbished tank has one year left on hydrostatic test date left ( which is five years) as you can see 4 of the tanks sent are way out of date range. one expires this month., one in 5 months not here 1 year as been told

Horrible customer service. How are they still in business? I placed an order for a CPAP mask and received a mask in the open package! When I complained I was told that they do not accept returns on open package masks. Then they told me that they receive the mask like this from the manufacturer (right!). Finally, they told me that they will exchange the mask, but it will take an unknown amount of time due to coronavirus. The lady I was talking to was very rude. My order number is 34241.

Purchased two ResMed cpap mask cushions. Should have known better as they were $15 cheaper than my usual supplier.

Already leaking after less than one month of use.

Online "live" chat is worthless. Says they won't refund for products they purchase from a manufacturer! What?

UPDATE: Customer service rep just called and claimed that the mask cushion lasts two weeks. Ridiculous! All RedMed online content says they last at least three months.

Then he starts yelling and saying that he is going to "blow me up online" because of my review!

Can you freaking believe this bullying?

I tried a Circadience Sleep Anew mask and it made more noise than my snoring. I immediately tried to return the product, and was told No Insurance Medical does not take returns once opened.
I contacted Circadience. They do not take returns from end customers, but extend a 30-day trial return to their distributors. No Insurance Medical refuses to honor the manufacturer's policy.
Further, the representative I spoke with refused to transfer me to a supervisor. She said she was the supervisor. I asked for a manager, she said there was no manager, and the owner does not take customer calls.

This business does not deserve any more customers.

I will never do business with No Insurance Medical again.

UPDATE to RESPOND TO NO INSURANCE MEDICAL:
WHY do you consider a used mask a BIOHAZARD of some sort when your supplier understands that customers might be unsatisfied after trying a mask and need to return it??? They offer a guarantee to you, but you don't extend to your customers. Your bad.
I defy you to tell me how to determine that a mask is too noisy without opening it.
