We have looked into your order and you left a note on your order that goes to the shipping department asking if a G3 cart fits a G2 unit . The notes section is for shipping instructions not questions which is why you did not get a response. We also did try to call you multiple times to advise you the item was unavailable but received no response back.
We would be happy to assist you in getting the proper item if you call the office directly.

Easy to deal with on the phone and through email. I have health coverage and it wanted me to pay almost double than what I spent here. On top of my rates going up too.

I made a mistake in typing in my email so I didn’t get an email back acknowledging my order so I didn’t think it went through. I sent another order and received two orders. When I called and asked about how to return one I was told I couldn’t because it was my mistake. Wow.

Very good price for the peak flow meter I ordered, even with the price of shipping for this inexpensive item. The price, with shipping was what other companies were charging for the meter not including the extra charge for mailing.

02 concentrator was exactly what I needed for my trip. Customer service is above average however distribution needs training. My equipment arrived without the correct instructional booklet, ac charger, dc charger, and extra battery I paid for. I will say when I called to advise the company they overnighted the missing equipment so all ended well. I would recommend renting from this company.

Mostly happy
My order was delayed for some reason, and wasn’t processed the same day as I had expected it to be. Even though I had paid for expedited handling. When it finally did process, the shipment came in a few days. I had ordered 2 masks with headgear, one of which arrived with a damaged part where the hose is supposed to be connected. No big deal since I already had another. If it wasn’t for the processing delay and shipping delay, I’d award 5 stars. Overall I’m very happy with my experience, but wish they’d have gotten here faster as I was ordering because my mask had broke.
