Didn’t send my item. When I chased it up they said it would be sent but still didn’t send. Asked and received a refund

I can’t really review the product as it hasn’t arrived yet, I emailed to chase the delivery and I am yet to hear a response…

Well it would of been 5 stars, unfortunately my parcel was sent via what felt like a tortoise, however when I contacted the store to see where my parcel was, they were fantastic and dealt with the issue very promptly, and sent a rocket up the tortoises backside, soon after that I received my goods. Very please and will use again as long as they sack that tortoise.

Ordered sweatshirt in 12th April. It's now 8th May. No sweatshirt. No response to emails.

Edit. The item did finally arrive and the seller had included a free t-shirt to apologise for delay. This was appreciated but I would have been happy with some communication instead.

They took my money on the 24th April. I waited and waited. I then emailed... no reply... I then rang. Spoke to someone who said (they needed to print more tops) no customer service. Still waiting for product 14 days later... I've ordered b4 but after this shocking show I won't be again. If it doesn't turn up by Friday I'll be ringing the bank

Ordered 2 t shirts and then a week and a half later I received only one. Nobody from customer service ever replies

Ordered 3 t-shirts back in February. 2 arrived on time as hoped, both very good quality.
3rd t-shirt was not included in the order, with a receipt acknowledging the missing item and with a hand-scribbled 'On It's Way' on the receipt.

It's now nearly 3 months from order date and I've had no reply. Their customer service email just sends automated responses and the mobile number on their site just rings to the voicemail of some guy named Jamie Wilson.

Really frustrating experience from a store which, when it gets it right, offers great value and products. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be able to avoid getting things wrong, or be able to deal with them when they do.

Ordered from this place and couple of times. No issues at all, everything has been great. Great products and had no bother with communications or delivery. I made a mistake in ordering and it was easily sorted by the staff. Would recommend

Avoid! 25 days since my order and it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them four times, and only got a response (they said its on its way) after saying I was about to report them as fraud to my bank. I've asked for a refund, and yet again no reply.

They either don't know how bad their customer service is, or they don't care - either way, avoid avoid avoid.

Emily was very helpful with an order I had placed and got everything sorted out for me.

Placed an order and never received shipping confirmation, I emailed the support desk to inquire and was given an excuse that this was a "Royal Mail delay" and this would be shipped "Today" despite it being 9pm at night. I asked why I hadn't been advised of a delay in shipping in the two weeks since placing the order and asked for a refund twice but both queries were ignored and they seemed happy to keep my money and not ship the order. Would not recommend at all.

*Update* After five months this "business" is asking for more details to verify my experience happend, probably in an attempt to combat some negativity that surrounds their shoddy customer service. Trust me, this experience is 100% genuine, for more proof, just look at how they respond and openly attack customers.

Don't spend a penny here, I beg you!

Though the prices are good the service is pretty bad unfortunately. They are about 30 miles from me and it took 9 days for this item to be delivered. They do state 5-10 days delivery, but it makes no sense that it takes that long in 2024 to deliver essentially down the road. I tried to email them twice for tracking information and an update, but both emails were ignored.

Perfect skate brand clothing,helpful sales staff who immedately delt with my enquiry.
