Disgusting experience they pretended to don’t see the emails but they are active in social media. My parcel wasn’t even tracked I wrote to them and they reply after 1 week saying that my parcel was going to be sent that same week but 20 days and still waiting. Please avoid at all cost
Still missing items from 2 months ago
Bought a few shirts on the 26th of April it is now June, they sent me a email saying I will get one of the 3 shirts I ordered within 3 days (which i recieved) and the other 2 will be sent in a separate parcel, that was on the 7th of may and still waiting on my other 2 tshirts. Gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking its a small business with alot of orders but this is bang out of order, inexcusable, don't open a business if you can't run it.
Excellent quality but slow delivery
Ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt. The sweatshirt arrived after a couple of weeks and the t-shirt took about 6 weeks. Delays aside the quality is superb and excellent value for money.

ordered in march and gave it a month. i emailed and the customer service was really good. until it went on another two weeks and when i agreed to take a full refund i was ghosted. since then ive emailed around 10 times and hear nothing. I’ve used my other email address and going to see if they block certain emails. the main point of this company is to idk sell there clothes and they’re not even doing that. how hard can it be to ship and item? idk ask them considering they can’t! literally horrible company ur seems.

Would give a 0 if I could. Ordered a hoodie on the 11th of April. It’s now the 27th of May and nothing. I emailed and was assured they are busy and my order would be sent out within the week & i’d receive a tracking number - this was 3 weeks ago. I continued to email and my email was blocked! Scam store.
No order received, no response to contact made
UPDATE - Tracking was provided but it has not updated since the 22nd May. Have contacted RM and they told me to contact the seller but the seller is not responding still.
PREV - I have placed an order on the 2nd May, Says up to 10 days for shipping, it is now over 20 days and still have no item. I have also contacted them many times to receive no response. Weird thing is I have received items before from this company. So not really sure what is going on here.
Very poor communications (or lack of)
Edited: Very poor communications (or lack thereof) with this company. Ordered an item at the start of May, but have yet to receive it. Have tried to reach out to the company (only option is email) and received no response. So far, 3 communications have been sent - all with 3-5 working day responses advised but radio silence. Very disappointed as this was a birthday gift.

May 20th got a card from the post office saying I won't get my parcel unless I pay the postage! Sent 2 emails one asking where it is and one asking for a refund, had no reply!

The style and quality of clothes are great been waiting to get some gear from here for ages, finally did it. There was a bit of a wait for delivery, longer then expected. But I got a call directly from one of the guys to say they've chucked in a load of stickers and a fresh t shirt for the wait. Which was unnecessary, but I was buzzing to hear, so all ended well, happy with it all, just on time for the summer shred

**AVOID** They don't reply to emails and refuse to respond on Facebook messaging. Been waiting 3 weeks for a t-shirt (quoted 5-10 working days delivery) and they were quick to take the money, no response since.
Is this even a real company?
Much like all the reviews below, and all the comments on their insta/fb, I placed an order and didn't receive anything. I did get a couple of responses to e-mails, but it just felt like a means to delay and delay. I reversed charged via my bank and that was that.
Maybe I'm giving No Chaos too much of the benefit of the doubt, but I'm at a loss as to why they keep pushing their marketing e-mails and sponsored ads (I see both almost daily) yet they seemingly can't keep up with the existing orders they have. That's the non-cynical consideration anyway. Realistically I believe there isn't ever any intention to send any of these orders out. I don't believe they are so inundated with orders that they just can't keep up, because it seems nobody is getting their stuff.
In a way, I'm sort of glad I've cancelled the order. I'd ordered a No Chaos branded shirt amongst other things, but not sure I want to give this company any kind of free advertising.
I try to shop small and independent where possible, but experiences like this make it difficult to trust indie companies.
Didn't arrive...
Bought a shirt from here in mid-february, was meant to arrive in 5-10 working days - paid full price for shipping too - all came to £28.99 - and after repeated emails i have received zero correspondence. i have disputed the order with my bank.
they delete all their negative reviews off facebook but i think it's still worth leaving them even if it stops one person from making this mistake.

Following up, as this still isn't resolved, and likely won't ever be.
It takes over a week to get a wishywashy response. I asked to cancel and get a refund, 7 days later they follow up with "are you sure you want to cancel?", and the whole thing stalls for another week. Once I made the charge-back claim via Paypal, I magically received "tracking", except the link is broken, and the URL is completely unrecognisable. Just another layer to the scam. It's just clear delay tactics to keep your money for as long as possible, probably hoping you get bored.
Myself, and others, have been calling them out for scamming on their social media pages, and they are deleting those comments instead of responding to them. Cowards.
Thankfully a chargeback via your bank/paypal is simple, but save yourself a few weeks hassle and just completely avoid this "company".
Houston We Have A Problem.....
Ordered 10th April. Order also appears to have fallen into a black hole. I've sent emails asking for updates on my parcels travels around the universe and any chance of a postcard on its next stop? Apparently it was sent...then it mysteriously was back in quality inspection some days later 🤔 I have zero hope of my parcel re-entering the earth's atmosphere.

Just insanely bad. Ordered three items, got the confirmation email immediately.
Then......nothing.
Order never moved to dispatch. Never updated. Nothing. Waited 10 days and emailed politely asking for an update.
No response at all.
It doesn't take over 10 days to post out three items. It's not like they're making them.
And if there's going to be a delay, how about this - just let customers know. Or if you can do that, maybe just respond when they contact asking for an update.
Or....if you're SO busy orders are taking over 10 days to dispatch and you can't find time to update or respond to people who you've received money from, how about stop taking more orders? Stop advertising? Maybe temporarily close your shop due to, you know - not being able to fulfil the orders you already have.
But no - still advertising, still taking orders.
Honestly the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I have raised a claim with my bank to recover the money that they have. Of mine. That was spent on the understanding that they would send my order.
DO NOT take a chance. Do not order with them. Just don't.
