Ordered 2 t-shirts in August. Tried contacting them several times in the months following as I hadn’t received my order. Start of December I am asked to phone their manager to sort my order out???? Just given a random phone number and told that’s who I should speak to. I never did as by that point I had given up on ever receiving my order. A few days later I receive my order, finally, 4 months later. The t-shirts I did receive were thin and the print was awful quality, however I did only pay £10 for each tshirt so that was expected. I will never shop with this company again.

I hadn’t seen the reviews before ordering from this site, I stumbled across the products on an advert on Instagram and really liked the designs so placed an order.
Despite the other reviews, I personally received fantastic customer service from the Chaos team. Before shipping the contacted me to double check the sizing, good job as I’d chosen the wrong one so they helped me select the best sizing for my son and ended up sending him 2 packages (one with a little gift and the other with my order).
He wore one of his T-Shirts on Christmas Day and was very happy with it. Will be a returning customer for sure.

Didn't receive my item that I ordered end of October time. I contacted them on numerous occasions and was told it would be with my and that they were having royal mail issues, then told it was printed but they would refund my delivery as an apology. Chased again and this time not even bothered to respond. Had to raise a case with Paypal for a refund. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like an isolated incident.

To further update just before Paypal closed the case in my favour they provided a false tracking number that didnt work. Nearly two months on and still cannot get a resolution - paypal now investigating

Extremely poor service.

I ordered two hoodies on the 1st of November and upon ordering it was mentioned that it would take between 5 - 10 days for delivery, which hasn’t been the case at all.

Numerous emails, pathetic excuses/false promises and many weeks later I still haven’t received my order. I’ve become tired of waiting and have now resorted to raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Please avoid wherever possible.

Excellent online service. Purchased a couple of items. All arrived within the delivery time stated and really happy with the quality of products. Would definitely recommend and buy again from No Chaos!

Absolutely appalling service. Order placed over 3 weeks ago. No despatch confirmation. Do not reply to emails. Pathetic excuse about Royal Mail delays I have requested a refund which has yet to materialize. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF ROBBERS.

I was recommended by my sons girlfriend and seeing as it was his birthday so it was my first ever order , I was impressed with the price range and although they didn’t arrive on time I rang Jamie and he was very apologetic, most of his deliveries were behind due to Royal Mail striking
I can’t recommend this company enough for the excellent customer service and how friendly and sincere
Jamie even added a few extras for the delay

Previously ordered from their website & all was great. Recently have had a nightmare with both delivery, returns & communications.
T-shirts took over a month to arrive, and no emails were returned regarding the whereabouts of the order, despite sending 3 or 4.
Now they're here, the quality is abysmal & absolutely nothing like the tops ordered previously. They're not returning emails and no other way to contact, fed up and out of pocket for terrible quality clothing.

I placed an order at the end of August after a week of not receiving I spoke to the manager, they had problems with receiving their deliveries due to Royal Mail so he offered me replacement items so I didn’t have to wait. I received them the following day which was great and he put some extra bits in as an apology this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered for my sons, they love the clothing and quality is great. Will order again. Thank you.

Super slow delivery times, had to force a refund through my bank after receiving no reply from customer support

After reading reviews was expecting no t shirt to even show up or for it to be dreadful. Suprised it arrived within a week of ordering. Cotton is soft and colour nice and bright. Transfer not greatest quality but for under 15 quid delivered its ok. Sizing does run on large side.

Would give 0 stars if I could ! Made order over ten days ago now . Sent two emails no reply. Absolutely rubbish company ! Went through my bank to get refund . Don’t bother don’t waste you time . They don’t care about their customers clearly .

Should get 0 stars. No sign of order made 7 weeks ago no reply to emails texts or phone calls. Shouldn't be allowed to trade anymore clearly ripping customers off

Scam. Ordered 3 T-shirts, never arrived. No reply when I’ve contacted them. Escalated it to pay pal now. Do not buy!

Ordered 2 t-shirts on 23rd July, still haven’t gotten my order. They’ve pestered me with offers and discount codes but can’t seem to reply to 1 of the 6 emails I’ve sent

Ordered a shirt online nearly a month ago . Order was confirmed then radio silence ,still don’t have the shirt . have emailed , contacted the Facebook page and rang the number provided and had nothing back . Awful awful service and will not be recommending to anyone , now having to claw my money back from this absolute scam of a company

I never received any order confirmation and when I finally did receive my order (several weeks later) the quality of the t-shirts was poor. The colour was nothing like the website suggested and when I tried to contact them, they never responded. I then rang them to discuss the issue and they said to put my issues into a text message which was also ignored.

I’m not usually one to post reviews but I was super disgusted with the service - or lack of - from this company. I ordered a skate deck from their payday sale back in July, the delivery was 5-10 days so I just left it alone for a bit and waited for a shipping confirmation email like they said. Which never came.

I contacted their email customer service and also their Instagram, before waiting long enough that I decided to contact PayPal. I was very lucky to have had this be my payment method otherwise I doubt I would’ve been able to get my money back. The dispute took a long time, which would’ve been completely unnecessary had the customer service team actually got back to me.

I finally got my money back from PayPal - they contacted this company also on my behalf to which they heard nothing, and the company also did not respond to the dispute - hence why it ended in my favour (and also because I never even received my goods).

DO NOT ORDER! What a scam. I ended out ordering a board from a much more reputable and responsive company which had top notch customer service. The joke of it all is that throughout this time I was still receiving the automated “thanks for your order” and promotional emails. To this day they still never got back to me.

Sucks to write this as I’ve heard a lot of great feedback from friends about their real life store and I like to hope they had reasoning to letting customers down like this, but seeing all the other reviews I realise I’m not the only one.

Order took almost a month to arrive when they said 5-10 working days. I emailed them 3 times over that period and they never got back to me, they never reached out to me to explain what was going on and when myT shirt finally arrived, it was the wrong colour and smaller than advertised. Avoid this site.

Ordered 3x Medium T-shirts. Took about a week to arrive (was expecting a couple of days max) Quality is low, but to be expected for £15. The worst thing is they are way too tight. I'm a medium 100% but I could barely get these on. Emailed politely asking about their returns policy. I'd have been happy with an exchange for a L or refund but no reply. Followed up 10 days later reiterating my request.... no reply. Its been 2 weeks. Annoyed i didn't pay with PayPal as next step is opening up a dispute.

Edit: they eventually replied, gave me the address to send the T-shirts back, which I did straight away. Paid for tracked return, courier confirmed the delivery and I'm still waiting for a refund over a year later. They haven't spoken to me since the email letting me know where to send the t-shirts back to.

So just to recap, took my money for the order, t-shirts were wayyy undersized, ingnored me for months, told me to send them back, then never refunded me or swapped them so I lost out on the money, the goods and money for the postage.
