Happy with item, arrived quickly, only negative thing is a bit pricey other than that brilliant company

I ordered the shirt on 12/5 as a Christmas present. It did not arrive until after Xmas.

The print is perfect, I just don't really love polyester. The design is very cute though.

My husband ordered a pair of pajama pants for our son. We received our order and it was the incorrect size. We ordered a kids XL. What we received was a kids small with a tag labeled as XL. My husband then contacted the company about their mistake. They took days to respond to back to our inquiry. They then asked us to send pictures with measurements of the item. My husband did this and again did not receive a response back for days. I tried contacting them through instagram as well, but no one would return my messages. After a few day, we received a message stating that the item that we received was within their margin of error. I was also accused of incorrectly measuring the item. The picture that was submitted was a picture of the pajama pants with a measuring tape next to it. They said we were not able to get a new pair sent out to us because it was within their margin of error. Keep in mind i ordered a kids XL and received a kids small. They then said we could order another one with 25% off. Why would i order again if they cannot make good on my first order. We explained to them that we do not wish to order again and would like our money back. As their website states 100% money back guarantee. As of today, we have yet to hear back from this company about our refund. I do not recommend ordering from this company. It is a scam and they will take your money. They do not make good on thier mistakes. There are other companies on Amazon that sell the same product and have better quality products, cheaper prices, and better customer service.

SHIPPING TIME LINES ARE A JOKE! I ordered these shirts back in November, which, according to their Christmas time line, was plenty of time to receive by the 25th. They sent me an email on Dec 4th stating that these had been shipped out. I continued to check tracking info but there was no movement until the 22nd of Dec, which was too late to arrive by Christmas! Why say that it's shipped if it really hasnt'?? Each time I contacted customer service to inquire about my gifts, I was give a canned response that didn't even address my concern. I was told that production time is up to 10 days and then shipping can be up to 2 weeks. Allowing for the max amt of time, which totals 24 days, that would've given me enough time to receive it by Christmas, and since I ordered in November, right after Thanksgiving, the package should've been here!
So, Christmas Day arrives and I have 2 family members without gifts from me! I felt so bad, especially since I ordered these in plenty of time. :(. Wish I would've ordered elsewhere.
Lastly, these shirts are very low quality 100% polyester, but, not the nice, comfortable weight. These are a cheap, rough weight that will stick to your skin if you wear these on a warm day. I will never order from this company again ~ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Items weren’t expected by Christmas but did arrive in time! Quality is excellent and customer service is awesome as well. Would definitely recommend and purchase from them again!

Ordered at the very beginning of December and paid extra to get rush production and shipping. Item supposedly shipped December 10th. Here it is, December 24th, 14 days later and the only movement on the package is 8 different scans at some facility in Jamaica, NY. They use some fly-by-night shipping company and they're absolute garbage! So much for being able to give this as a Christmas present! I thought I'd give them a second chance since I bought from them before and the same thing happened, but there certainly won't be a third time!!!
***Edit - it is now December 30th and I STILL have not received my order. Package is still scanned daily in Jamaica, NY by their so-called "shipping partner". Only response I have received from customer service regarding my shipment was to check the tracking info, that it had been updated. NO IT HASN'T!!! IT'S BEEN CONTINUALLY SCANNED IN JAMAICA, NY SINCE DECEMBER 10TH!!!
Save yourself the headache and BS of dealing with this company and buy from one of the others several that do the same type of customization!!

There is no way this company has a rating this high!! They have to all be people who work at this company because this company is a scam I ordered in November 25th ( a custom door hanger for my father for Christmas) and here it is Dec 20th and nothing no tracking info no response to emails and I have seen other comments on their Facebook of other customers going through the same thing. They never receive their orders! They never respond to emails or direct messages on Facebook. They just take your money and scam you the customer service phone number they provide on their website doesn’t work either. Shame on you for taking advantage of ppl like this !! I paid through PayPal so I am putting a claim in through them to hopefully get my money back because they won’t do the right thing and refund people. Please please read some of the 1 star reviews on here because they are the true reviews you can also go to their Facebook and instagram pages and see the comments from other ppl they have scammed UPDATE 12/23/23 I did receive my package today finally so I gave it 2 stars however I’m am not to impressed with the product it’s ok but is cheaply made and all the hassle and worry about if I was even going to receive the package made this a bad experience and I still won’t buy from this company again. I ended up ordering something else for my father so I had a gift for him on Christmas because I had no idea if I had been scammed or not. So I ended up spending more then I needed to and money is tight I was going to file a claim with PayPal to get a refund from Noble pawtrait but because the package did end up coming (way way late) I probably won’t be able to do that now I read their replied to my review and they go more in depth about how long it takes to ship however my package took longer then what they said and it is advertised on their website that shipping would be 1-2 weeks! So that’s a lie and the fact that you can’t respond to your customers emails about their concerns is really what made this experience so bad and the product I received was just cheaply made and didn’t justify the price I would still not recommend this company for all the reasons stated above

No one will respond to my emails! I am now worried this is a scam I placed an order in November 25th for a custom door hanger and haven’t gotten any shipping info! No tracking number nothing ! I emailed 3 times no response this is a Christmas gift and now after seeing some other reviews I am worried I won’t be here at all

-first of all am new to online purchases, therefore nervous.
-I was impressed that real pet photos could be downloaded for the product I wanted.
-I made two spelling mistakes, contacted customer service and they made the changes right away
-I was beyond thrilled with how amazing and realistic the finish product is!

Qualità del prodotto terribile, ho comprato la felpa personalizzata e il materiale della felpa è davvero scadente (la felpa è lucida, fatta di un poliestere così scarso che è come indossare davvero plastica). Dovrebbe essere un regalo ma mi vergogno a darlo alla persona per cui l'ho fatta fare.
Tutto questo per il prezzo tutt'altro che basso di 60 dollari: un furto!

Don't buy anything from this company!! I bought a shirt a while ago and the shirt was great. So, I bought another one same size, same picture, just different color. The shirt was so different...the size was way smaller, the photo was blurry and customer service did not help at all. The first shirt had nice double stiching, the new shirt was NOT the same quality. Don't buy from this company or you'll be very disappointed!!!!

It wasn't clear on receipt of my money that my selections had been made. I got a generic picture of a shirt that was on the website on my receipt. Very happy with the purchase, which was here way quicker than I anticipated and the quality seems excellent. It will be a xmas present, so can't comment on the duribilty. Very happy apart from the initial anxiety.

We ordered October 7th and have never received our dog mat.
