I wrote a previous review but can't find it to update it. I didn't change my rating for review. I did many purchases in the past with no issues and the products were fantastic. My last purchase in July I never received. I tried to make contact several times and was about to take it to the Fcc, governance and my credit card company. After 4 months I finally got a refund. Customer service was poor, the company went down hill. I wouldn't purchase ever again. Be aware and make sure to follow up and have insurance with cc company if you do make purchase. I really don't know what happened with this company they once were great and trustworthy but not anymore.

Noble Pawtraits did a fabulous job with my husband’s dog shirt! They even improved the photo of our pup. Very easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

I ordered on October 14th, 2025 - website says 48hour turn around on the design approval. It has been a week and i've sent 5 emails and no response. It's like they have just disappeared with my money. BE WARE!

My order took over a month to arrive, the communication was awful, and I am still missing items. They sent the incorrect size for one of the items.

It has been a month and I have not received any updates. I think I may have been swindled.

I never got my canvas

I ordered Hawaiian shirts for myself, my husband and my 57lbs dog. The shirts are Awesome! My dog is a German shepherd, pit bull mix and the 2xl is very snug on her. I wish they had larger sizes but overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and I can't wait for us to wear them for our annual beach pictures. Will be ordering more products from them again.

You captured the images of my beloveds perfectly. The shirt fits well and it’s absolutely beautiful!

My puppy has been sick since my purchase in July has 2 different parasites which to date I'm still dealing with after numerous calls to management to get her medical history i have never gotten a call back please be careful purchasing a puppy at Noble Paws the only good note is I love her and will do anything to make her better 💗

I had a terrible experience with Noble Pawtrait. They made me a pair of shoes where the eye was supposed to be — instead there was just a hole, which made the shoes look absolutely ridiculous. When I contacted them, they refused to take any responsibility, offering neither a refund nor a replacement.

What makes it even worse is that none of the product photos on their website show shoes with a missing eye, so the product I received was misleading. Their communication was extremely unprofessional — slow replies at first and eventually no replies at all.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Stay away.

I ordered a shirt on June 14th, okayed my preview on June 16th and have not received any type of update since. It seems it has not been shipped yet and I only have a confirmation email. I reached out to the company support email just to get some info on my package and if it was somehow shipped and I just wasn’t notified and I have heard nothing back. I understand they are custom made products but ordering over a month ago and essentially being ghosted by the company is unprofessional. Today I receive this email to give feedback when I have yet to even receive the product. I’m honestly very frustrated. I’ve ordered from your website 3 other times and had no issue, which is why I felt comfortable ordering again, but that was my mistake. I’m also frustrated because I ordered a Hawaiian shirt, which would obviously be worn in the summer time but now I don’t think it’s going to arrive this summer. It was also an anniversary gift and again I don’t think it will be here in time. If someone from the company could just reach out and even be straight forward with me about why they’re behind on orders I’d respect it. The not answering and giving no updates leaves a poor taste in my mouth.

Your product is wonderful. I wish I had had a better sense of size. The 20” was perfect for the full body shot but much too big for the head shot. I should have given it more thought beforehand. “My bad” it would be best to have the pillow life-size.

I love them and can't wait to give them to my husband as an anniversary gift!

We ordered the second week of May and still haven’t received the order.

Website says worldwide shipping. My order was canceled, citing not a shippable location. I live in Canada. In a large urban center.
