They were absolutely horrible
They were absolutely horrible. I cannot even begin to tell you how bad they were. I hired them to inspect my roof with their "amazing, latest, digital technology" [a drone]. They just didn't bother telling me that it was "broken" before they were scheduled (a month+ in advance) to come out. I only found out about it AFTER the appointment began. Then they did some "extra stuff" that ended up costing me a LOT of money in the long run. The owner is some young punk that is extremely dishonest and will waste your time in hopes of illiciting a comment from you that will somehow save him in small claims court. Then he pretends that arbitration will save him. Plus some stupid language that he made up and stuffed into his own (terrible) little contract. There are a TON of fake 5 star reviews on himself elsewhere and the true 1 star reviews are smashed by his hammer. I have tried several times on bbb.org and he got them all deleted. Here's to hoping trustpilot gets it right!
