Easy to speak to and do what they say
So easy to speak to. Charmaine answers the phone, emails and deals with queries quickly. Lovely to speak to and gets things done and promptly. Head and shoulders above everyone else who all too often didn't return my calls or voicemail message. Ooh and the guys who put up the scaffold were great. Definitely recommend.

Arrived on time, tidy and very professional. No messing about, just got on with a complicated installation without any drama. Great team and would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. the price is good, but it took few weeks to put scaffolding. Now they can’t dismantle scaffolding for almost a month! they already promised 3 times but never showed up. Answer on your reply: I can't even express my indignation at such a lie! everything you wrote is an absolute lie! I have been talking to you for almost 2 weeks. the price was negotiated without any problems and there was never any doubt on either side. all photos were sent and the location of the house was known to you! the builders were ready to start work but due to the fact that you did not put the scaffolding at the appointed time, the work was postponed by 2 weeks. It's good that they were able to despite their schedule. now the problem is to remove the scaffolding. 3 times you promised to clean up, but didn't show up. each time it is pushed back by a week. This is not how you treat clients! Instead of apology you are lying! I have all the correspondence with you which proves that I was polite, nice, honest!

We would like to defend ourselves and we would never normally dispute a customer’s right to their opinion, however on this occasion, we feel necessary to respond to you as we do not agree this review is a reflection of our company.
Originally when you enquired with us, we asked about access to your property, which you had not advised us before we arrived, that there would be any complications.
You failed to inform us of any access issues, instead our first notice of this is when our team arrived to site.
The road your home was on had no parking with permit holders only, the loading bay was filled with lorry’s so we were unable to park nearby. This is a danger not only for the team, but for the public when carrying scaffolding through an area such as this. It goes against our health and safety which is why we were not comfortable with this, which we fully informed you on.
When we turned up to site you informed us that another scaffolding company had refused to offer their services to you for the exact same reason. Had we had known this; we would have advised the same before coming to site.
When we explained that the price would increase in order to accommodate the access issues, you then became abusive towards our team members, threatening to leave us a bad company review. Our managing director agreed to give you a call directly to see if there was anything we could do to help you. We had to significantly dropped our price and undercharged you due to you threatening our company if we did not take out the work.
Our managing director having received abuse from yourself, came on a Sunday to accommodate your needs. Due to these issues, it has unfortunately affected transport we can use to dismantle this. We have made you aware during this process, the reasonings for the delays and made you aware before the work was taking out that this could be an issue.
We have gone above and beyond to keep you as a customer, and worked incredibly hard to receive the reviews that we have. It is unfair to businesses such as ourselves, to be subject to customers writing reviews like this which simply are an exaggeration of the truth.
As you are aware your scaffolding is due to be removed in the next few days.

Job well done
From getting a quote onwards, the crew was always friendly and courteous as well as working cleanly and efficiently. Our job was not easy as it involved going over a pitch-roofed carport, garage and conservatory as well as along a flat wall alongside a paved patio with cut out flower beds.

These guys took great care in erecting the scaffolding within the small space between the garage and the raised bed for the installation of the solar panels.

After a successful solar panel installation Jay and Charlie returned to take the scaffolding down today 01/03/23. Again, the guys were really good, quick and clean. Left the site tidy. Good communications all the way through. No hesitation to recommend again. Thanks No 1 Scaffolding solutions.

Impressive Scaffolding Company highly recommeded
I was very impressed with the team that came to erect and dismantle the scaffolding for the installation of my solar panels. Recommended company
Recently used when we had solar panels fitted. Kept us informed and turned up when they said they would. Worked hard and were a nice bunch of lads. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.
