Great customer service from Maisie Allman today via email. I emailed and within 15 minutes I had a reply from Maisie explaining why we had not received our booking confirmation email due to a small typo error with my email and that she had now altered to the correct email and she sent this through to myself.
Will definitely use No 1 Lounges again.

Great customer service from Maisie Alan today. We booked a lounge in the wrong terminal yesterday and e mailed to enquire as to whether this could be refunded. Really prompt and polite response and sorted a goodwill refund for us. Thank you Maisie, if only Aspire were as helpful

Huge thank you to Jaimie (Brown) for their quick and efficient customer service in helping us to rebook at Edinburgh Aspire Lounge after a cancelled holiday.

We attended the lounge prior to our holiday on 26/07/24 and very much enjoyed our time. However, our only issue was that most tables (with the comfy chairs) had reserved signage on them for hours without anyone sitting at them. We (my partner and I) were asked to move from a table in case a larger party turned up - however it remained empty the whole time we were in the lounge. Despite this, we would still book again in the future as the food and bar service was good and had a nice chilled atmosphere.

I had lost all my emails so needed confirmation of my booking. Maisie Allman emailed me back within minutes of me sending. Very efficient and helpful and set my mind at rest. Thank you.

I had an issue getting a confirmation email but Jaimie Brown helped me quickly and re-sent the confirmation. I have used the No1 at Gatwick North and Luton and both are lovely and comfortable with helpful staff. It’s the best way to start a holiday.

I had help from Jaimie after payment being taken from my account but no booking being made. Jaimie was fast to respond to my query and located the payment on their system and manually arranged my booking and sent me confirmation. I was worried that this was going to be a long process but Jaimie made it very simple so thank you!

Jaimie Brown was very helpful and informative and arranged our lounge visit without any hassle. The lounge experience was excellent and made for a great relaxation before our flight. Food was so good and a fair selection. plus the pudding was for to die for.

Thank you to Jaimie Brown for fantastic, friendly and efficient customer service in dealing with an issue I had. I had booked a lounge but on the day of the flight found out that my flight booking included the same lounge so did not need my booking. Jaimie provided me with a range of options and went onto transfer my original booking to another travel date very efficiently.

Fabulous company. I had a query today and Jaime Brown dealt with it all so quickly for me, so friendly and helpful. I use No1 lounges a lot as a they are a great place to relax before a flight and any questions are always dealt with so quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

As a frequent flyer I Was happy to see the new lounge at Luton AirPort open after a long wait.
Visited my lounge on 25th July 2024 using my Priority Pass.
At the entrance I was greeted by a lovely smiling lady called VAL. ( great personality ) she whisked me through checking procedures in minutes.
Went upstairs and was greeted by lovely new lounge. Very well laid out and pleasant friendly staff.
My only hope is the new company limits the reservation as it disappoints the Priority Pass holders who are refused entry saying the lounge is full because of reservations. This was the case with the last company where on many many occasions I was refused entry. Wishing the new company the best. I certainly as a frequent flyer from Luton will be visiting regularly.

I sent an email to Maisie Allman and within a matter of minutes had a reply confirming My Lounge permitted smoking. Excellent customer service, thank you 😊
