The shoes straps would not tighten, as though the ankle was HUGE. I have made 6 email request for a return label and still have not received one. Instead I’m told it’s too expensive for me to return them and I should donate them accepting a 15% refund, sometimes 10% depending on the email.

The cute clogs marketed as a Nordstrom product at 70% off were made of cheap materials that did not match the ad, were "size 8" but were too small for my feet, and arrived so late that I had already requested a refund from PayPal. I will not order from this company again.

Well I guess they found another sucker cuz I fell for it as being Norstrom and I ordered 5 pairs of shoes like an idiot. Only 1 pair fit some clogs, the crossover slides my feet slide right out over the front and hang over the front. Still to small though😕 I knew I should have googled them first!!!

I have also had a miserable experience trying to return some faux leather but really faux plastic shoes, and can not get a refund after “communicating” w likely AI for 3 weeks. I give up. Total garbage shoes (not nordstroms) deceptive marketing, no customer service other than polite emails. Refusal to give return address probably because these are so bad THEY don’t even want them back. Destined for landfill that I hope China ultimately buys back to make more garbage shoes. Zero stars or negative stars if possible.

On June 29. I ordered some shoes. The promo said Nordstrom’s! This company was not Nordstroms. I requested to cancel immediately. The company now morphed into @pristime.zendesk.com. I not received my money. They keep sating I could get 20% off my next order. I don’t want a next order. I want my money back!

Their ad was supposedly from Nordstrom. The shoes were a cheap knockoff of the ones advertised. I guess NMZDS is the name of the company. I’ve been trying for a week to get a refund; their latest email offered me 10% of the cost of the shoes. Definitely a scam. The label on the packaging said Shenzhen Wa and some of the writing was was appears to be Chinese.

DO NOT ORDER from NMZDS! The shoes are cheaply made, the size is not US sizes, and they say free returns but this is FALSE. Very hard to contact, and when they do they will not take returns, nor give you your money back. This has been the worst purchase on line ever. The website makes the shoes look so good, yet very misleading! This company scams you!

I bought three pairs of shoes and none of them fit. I asked the company to help me return the item and they said they will not accept returns due to international shipping, unless there is a defect in the shoes. I told them the shoes cannot be worn because they don't fit and I also sent them the pictures showing all three pairs still in the package. I have not heard back if I will receive any sort of refund but now I am out $107 and it is all not worth it. Additionally, the shoes are not the quality portrayed on the website. Don't buy anything here.

Well I did received my shoes today. (Women's Bowknot Wedge Sandal and Women's Genuine Leather Criss-Cross Sandal). Did they say LEATHER? NO! The shoes are plastic and have a smell to them. Plus the Bowknot sandals have a squishing noise when you walk. The shoes look NOTHING like online. Not even worth the "discounted price". These are something you might see at a discount dollar store. BEWARE!!!!

Bought a pair of their wedge sandals off the fake Nordstrom banner they were running on IG.
Total scam!!
The shoes are made of foul-smelling plastic and are absolute crap!

This company can’t improve because they are fake. They got me hooked line and sinker pretending to be a well known “Nordstrom’ department store. I ordered a pair of beautiful looking shoes that appeared to represent shoes that Nordstrom would sell. WRONG! When they finally arrived they are definitely not good quality shoes! Like someone else said they laughed all the way to the bank because they got another sucker! This company is scamming people. They say their merchandise is from the US when in fact it comes from China. When I tried tracking my purchase all that came up was a bunch of Chinese symbols. This company needs to be banished from selling on FB,Instagram and anywhere else they are falsely advertising on! Don’t buy anything from this company because they are out to scam you. Their merchandise is very cheaply made.

Deceptive ad. Using "Nordstrom" as a "hook" to get people to order. I ordered 2 pair of shoes. They would not give me a shipping date. I corresponded several times unsuccessfully trying to get confirmation. I asked for a refund, they refused. Order came in about 3 weeks. No invoice, fictitious name of sender on package. Corresponded again asking how I return shoes,as they are too small and dont fit. They do not take returns. Apparently it is somekind of company in China.No refunds and no returns. Fraudulent and deceptive advertising. STEER CLEAR! I saw other sites using another well known brand, "Talbots" also really a company in China.ll
