I called this morning for this C47 which it was strange to me that for many months appears on line .
the man said to me the C47 was sold, so why is still on line?

Been a hi fi enthusiast for may years and I can honestly say Nintronics who I found in 2014 are the best people I have used ever Nothing is a problem great company and wonderful staff who don’t push you too buy unlike some .
A massive modern showroom which you can listen and test whatever your purchasing . Just PERFECT 👍

Great customer service, very responsive and value the customer over anything else knowing that if you have a good experience you will come back.
When my Dac had a longer that expected wait they let me loan their display model until my new one arrived.

Nintronics in my opinion are second to none, great quality products - with top advice , I wouldn’t trust anyone else as far as hi if/cinema goes... and after sales service is also excellent , Roger/ Adam and their team always look after you , highly recommended 👍

Disappointing.
I ordered off the website, which reported that the product was in stock. After 5 days of no communication I contacted them and was told that they didn’t have stock and were waiting for it to arrive. When it did, the ‘next day’ delivery service took 5 days.
Not the service I expect given the feedback below, I can only assume they were having a few off days.

I’ve purchased many high end items from this provider and have always been happy with the service provided. They go the extra mile each, and every time!

Absolutly Fantastic I cant praise Nintronics highly enough. Everything you want from a dealer. Great down to earth guys. Unfortunately too many dealers are far too snobby and dont seem interested in £ks of sales if you dont look how they expect you to look. Great knowledge here with a phenominal showroom. In the last 6 months I've made 2 major purchases from these guys & could not be happier. Despite being 250 miles away this is now my first stop for any future upgrades.

I don't often write online reviews as most transactions are so-so at best.

However, on several occasions I have dealt with the team (Sales, Admin, the whole gang) at Nintronics in the last year and they've been great. Enquiries have been answered swiftly and courteously; Purchases have been efficiently handled and clear expectations set on delivery timescales for expensive items that no High Fi dealer keeps in stock.

And on every occasion I got a great deal, so what's not to like.

I will no doubt deal with Nintronics in the future.

The service from Nintronics is exceptional. For a recent purchase they provided numerous in store and home demos, provided lots of sound advice, were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and provided a great deal on part-ex. Needless to say I'm a very happy customer! it wasn't the first time I'd dealt with them, and it certainly wont be the last!

i was looking to upgrade my naim hifi system and found nintronics online. my partner and i arranged a demo at their dealership in wellyn.
we were made very welcome by friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble.
expertise was provided without pressure to buy. we spent virtually the whole day there listening to naim kit and also gryphon. decided to go with naim (very tough decision) and received excellent trade in value for our old kit. since then we have received nothing but top class customer service above and beyond the usual.all staff are friendly, knowlegeable and professional. i had a minor problem with a new speaker which was replaced immediately with a brand new pair of speakers. i have also been lent 2 pairs of speaker cables to test at home. a first rate company i would wholeheartedly recommend ! chris

I have purchase many items from Nintronics over the last few years and recently upgraded my speakers. Their customer service, quality of advice and willingness to help me make the right choice without pressure to buy is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone genuinely interested in purchasing or upgrading their audio equipment for their home.

Nintronics assisted with the purchase of a full Gryphon System whilst taking a part exchange of a multi box Naim system, id really wanted to simplify the system and thier advice and time was really appreciated. Special shout out to Luke, Bob and Andy who gave some great advice and took a great deal of time over the course of a couple of Demos. The System is really opening up now and i couldn't be happier. I will be back soon for some new speakers!

The staff at Nintronics are absolutely wonderful, and they've always kept me fully-informed about the progress of my orders. I've used Nintronics via Mail/Web Order before, and they've been excellent in every case.
I've bought Chord DAC's, such as the original Hugo a few years ago, and the TT2 and M Scaler from them more recently, and they've ben great in every case.

Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Nintronics. They have a great attitude in the way they help the customer. I have been buying from them for years and have upgraded my entire system. Lied about holding the item in stock, lied about ordering it from the supplier, and lied about the supplier having stock available. Dishonest, disreputable and disingenuous. Avoid.

Excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge from Roger and Luke. Luke checked out an amplifier at 5.30 on a Friday evening and emailed later that evening to confirm it was compatible with my set up - that's putting customer first.
Based on Ireland, I rely on their recommendations and happy that everything they've sent across has worked beautifully.

Adam helped me sort out a part exchange on my existing gear as I switch over to a headphone setup. The delivery was quick and the part exchange process was incredibly simple. I've since gone back to Nintronics to sort out another purchase... and yet again helpful advice and also an offer of a flexible home demo to make an informed decision. Thoroughly recommended.
