I oredered and paid for over $ 125.00 worth of product. A few days later I was informed that the product was not available and was offered something else or a refund. I chose the refund and have been waiting for a response for over a week despite several attempts to contact the sender.

Loved the wig itself , wanted it to come a little earlier . I received some nice emails from the Co . which I appreciated . The wig itself looks “used” to me with lots of little broken hairs sticking out . I love the colour & style though .

I was worried about receiving the package because of the courier used (have had problems before with the courier), but it worked out well. Also, when I was concerned whether it had been delivered, the person was so friendly and reassured me and also linked the tracking number directly to the site, so I didn't have to hunt for everything. Will definitely order from you again. Thank you.

I haven't seen a more terrible service, at first they didn't send the order for three weeks, then they offered a replacement that doesn't match the ordered product at all, now they don't return the money for three weeks by sending standard unsubscribes. What can I say, in my opinion they are scammers

I have ordered two packs of Decohair on March 15th, 2026. Thee days later I recieved an email, that they don't have the product. I requested refund money, but they didn't even answer... I am still waiting my order. The worst customer service ever. Zero 0

Website said the price was originally over 400$ but was discounted to 159$ but my email receipt came in at 259$- 100$ more than competitors. Where there original 400$ price came from is a mystery.
They did refund me after a lengthy phone call immediately after I received the receipt.
