For context my kids are dual national young adults who lived in the UK for three years as children so are eligible for NINOs. Person on the phone was nice,patient and helpful and spoke clearly.

He was really patient with me and explained all the information in great detail.

I filled out the form and payed 25£ at checkout after few days they sent me an email stating that my payment didn't went through but I've noticed the reference number was wrong I wrote them a message they completely ignored, I called them all I hear is some random music while you wait for them to pick up, they either tried to scam me twice or just can't manage theyr payments.
It's been almost 3 months I still haven't received my letter from them and they don't give you a refund.
Better pay 50£ to a local law firm to make a NIN letter for you than spend 25£ and get NOTHING!
