The promised goods never arrived (ordered 28 Mar 2023, today 15 May 2023). Calls to the site invariably use the excuse "I see that your address is in the Republic of Ireland. They usually take a little bit longer". Rubbish. I asked them for proof that the goods were dispatched. They had none. They said that it was logged on their system; well that's easy to say but it's not proof. I asked for my money back. They put up a lot of barriers. They eventually agreed but only after charging me £10 (out of the original £35) as an "administration fee". This is very close to being a scam site.

Paid for my National insurance number and never received it in the post. When i contacted them i got this email

We are sorry to hear you have not received your written confirmation of your National insurance Number. Once we have submitted your documents to the processing team, our service is complete, and the processing team will deal with your query. If you have not received your National Insurance Number written confirmation, please call 0300 200 3500 (UK) or +44 191 203 7010 (outside of UK) where your query will be dealt with.

So my paid contract was with Ninodirect and they washed their hands of it but still took the fee. I ended up calling the HMRC and they sorted it for free which i should of done in the first place as i waited weeks and weeks for this letter which never arrived.
So what does ninodirect actually do apart from take your money and not supply the letter.

As I was new, and don’t have any idea how I will be dealt here…? I just found everything perfect and she creat such a helpful situation and atmosphere for me, thank you.
