Terrible customer service. I paid £22 for a 3-day express delivery, but my order didn’t arrive for over two weeks. Throughout that time, I was repeatedly told it was ready for collection, so I made three unnecessary trips with my children, only to find that it wasn’t there.

When the order finally arrived, I contacted them to explain that I shouldn’t have been charged for express delivery when it was delivered so far outside the advertised timeframe. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply stopped responding to my messages.

It’s incredibly disappointing that a company would take money from new mothers for an express service, fail to deliver as promised, and then ignore legitimate concerns. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Terrible customer service. Attempted to order 3 times and each time received incorrect information from their customer service team which meant that the order never got fulfilled. Left me waiting for 3 weeks to receive a product that is quite needed for a newborn
