Bought £500 worth of furniture in August. It is now the end of October and I am still waiting a delivery. What I ordered wasn't in stock, this was not clear when I paid. I was offered an alternative colour for the chairs but I wanted a particular colour. I an very disappointed and if I had known this was the case I would never have ordered from them. There stuff looked good and the prices are good. Good website and the person dealing with me has been courteous and apologetic.

We are a small village hall, We were able to replace our old seats with these lovely new chairs at a great price and even got free delivery. The purchase was easy and the delivery very fast. There was a hitch with the delivery but the lorry driver was so good natured and helpful that it would be churlish to complain. FANTASTIC DEAL

We ordered a number of Ningbo tables for our village hall. They have proved to be very successful and hard wearing and are of excellent quality.

After asking a few questions regarding the product, which were answered very quicky, i placed an order at lunchtime one day and the items were by my desk by the time i arrived in the office the next!! Very efficient service with good customer service.

About the cheapest I could find online and when they arrived they were much better quality than I'd expected. Quick delivery too with a good courier company.

We now have a great table at very reasonable price for large family gatherings.

I ordered three folding trestle tables for our social occasions. I had excellent service over the phone when I ordered. I was told that because I was placing the order before 12noon I would get delivery before 12 noon the next day which was perfect. The tables were not delivered before 12 noon .I phoned and spoke to the person who took my order ,her response was she had not said they would be with me before 12noon.
Tables are adequate. They are described as being lightly varnished one table not varnished at all. The delivery man from TNT was most helpful.

what more do you need when ordering goods online - an honest easy system and delivery on schedule - perfect !

After placing the order, two days later, our 3ft square table arrived. Great for hubby's boardgame-playing and also for my card-making activities. Folds away neatly when not in use. Thank you, Ningbo.

One of the trestle tables we ordered was damaged in transit. I emailed a photo to Ningbo who immediately responded and had a replacement delivered to us the next day. Very responsive good service.
