They ship fast but do not add vat and tax

Jeg bedtilte en kartong med Urodomer til kr 487,20,- (30stk)
Når varen kom fikk jeg 1 Uridom og et postoppkrav på kr 168.
Jeg sendte selvfølgelig mail til Ninelife, men får da til svar at det er kun bestilt 1 Uridom.
1 Uridom i Norge koster i snitt ca 30 kr.

According to the law, I have the right to cancel the purchase and demand the money I have paid back. 

Their behavior is extremely bad and unfriendly

There is no fault with the product. There are 29 uridoms missing from your delivery!
I have ordered a box, not 1 uridom. When you read your answers, you realize that it's just nonsense you come up with.

Handled import and toll documents perfectly. I needed to contact asking about shipping and the response was swift, detailed and accurate in regards to where with local post. Will order again in the future with them.

The item is great, it didn’t take long to arrive. However, I keep receiving many spam emails from someone seem to be pretending the company. They send fake links to track your order, making it seem very much real.

Package arrived in good condition, but took a little bit long time of 3 weeks delivery. Probably because it was from USA to Norway

Customer service agent was extremely responsive and proactive to follow our order and get us the right product, shipped extra fast!

Produkt med Order NO-NL#P734926478 kom aldri til meg, eller er utrolig forsinket. Ingen svar på noen av mailene jeg har sendt til dem. Useriøst selskap.

After a month of waiting, I still haven't received my order, and to make matters worse, they added tax to it. Why do you open with a Norwegian site if you're still shipping from third-world countries? I don't even want to use your product anymore. It's probably not EU approved either, but you charge it as an EU product and add tax on it that the buyer would pay for you faking scam.

If 1 pack of pasta/spaghetti costs almost 200 norwegian krones, which is simply crazy, then it's a scam. don't buy them. This website is for people who wants to waste their money or been fooled.

Annoying there is possible to buy stuff in Europe but the prices are ridiculous. It is impossible to take NineLife seriously and it smells like scam. Most likely are the reviews on Trustpilot false.
