I love this coffee top quality. Good packaging . Timely postage though and the customs charge was a bit pricey which is a pity. Its difficult to work out what the customs charge will be and as shipping was paid for it can be misleading.

I ordered a "Harkla Hug Sensory Chair" inflatable sensory pod - which is a therapeutic compression toy for my 8 year old non-verbal autistic son for his main Santa Clause present off Ninelife Ireland - I received this order the 1st week of December but did not open it until the night of the 24th December... unfortunately this item is obviously faulty as 2 sections of it will NOT stay inflated... I rang Ninelife and emailed them and informed them of my problem but was told because I didn't return the faulty goods within the 14 days of receipt of same I have absolutely no come back now and I am just under €200 out of pocket.. they are giving no consideration that this was a Santa Clause pressie for my son and so we did not know there was a problem with it until Christmas Day.... with my son's lack of understanding and the fact that he cannot speak it is so disappointing that this item does not fulfill his compression sensory needs which I thought and was looking forward to for him... and no compassion from this company only that their return policy is 14 days.... I would strongly suggest to anyone considering buying from this company to be very careful.... thank you for taking time to read my review...

It's a great product, easy to find, and economical too. It got safely through the couriers, twice, on time. I will be a regular buyer for some time to come, as long as I have need for the supplements.

Excellent service and great customer service

Recently purchased the tiny magnetic acupuncture patches.
They were for my husband who has bad neck and arm nerve pain.
He has been using them 24/7 now on the painful pressure points for 2 weeks now and they have reduced his pain by at least 80%
Also the patches last very well even with daily hot showers.
Highly recommended product.
And they arrived in great time and perfect condition from Ninelife

Beware - fraudulent company .
I ordered two medical splints for my mother from their site and paid . After a long time they said they didn’t have one in stock . They messed me around with offering useless alternatives . I eventually demanded they refund for the item they didn’t have in stock . They said they would over 3,weeks ago but they didn’t refund . My order number was [## 1961124 ##] Order ID IE-NL#P762384481 Their whole business model is crooked - taking money for goods they can’t supply and then not refunding you .

I couldn't get DPA fish oil anywhere else, so I was happy to get it. but delivery was very slow to Ireland

Luckily the package arrived just in time for Christmas. Thanks for that. The item I purchased seems over priced. It does work. But the quality doesn't match the cost. It does what it's supposed to do. How long it lasts . Remains to be seen?

They just plain lie about where they are located. Everything on their website indicates they are from the country you are ordering from. They are not. They shipped my order from the US to Ireland I’m having to pay customs charges. Avoid!
