This product is quite expensive purchased directly from Ninelife compared to purchasing it on Amazon where the exact packaging and name brand is listed. I am not sure if it is still a knock-off of the name brand. However tape is tape, can't be too many differences? Any tape would need to be soaked to come off to not hurt. I haven't compared the water-proof factor though.

My experience was a very positive one. The ordering was simple, the response and keeping me informed was above and beyond, and the shipping time was good. The only thing that was not so great is the expense. I used to get this exact product for quite a bit cheaper.

Although distance created a bit of delay, the servi e was as promised. As far as the product is concerned I have not seen any benefits yet

At first I thought my order had been lost, but when I realized that it was coming from the UK (I am in Canada). I contacted the company and they got back to me quickly to assure me the item would arrive by March 22-23. It did, so we are all happy here. When it comes time, we will re-order from them.

Great delivery. Product was shipped very well. I had previously purchased this product from another company but the product had leaked out during shipping. This purchase came very well wrapped and no leaking occurred. Lots of ongoing updates from the company too.
