Absolutely amazing and exceptional customer experience from start to finish! Messaged them for an out of stock ear cuff when I was too late ordering from Instagram pop up. Gutted, however response was very quick from Maddie and went out of their way in finding the last one in the office, instructed me how to order, posted next day and arrived beautifully packaged with a nice thank you message card. True as advertised, the ear cuff does not hurt! Will have no hesitation in buying more. Nice concept, an all female company and based in a town where I originally grew up so am happy to support local even though I live 100 miles away! Have bought two of the ear cuffs and absolutely love them. So comfortable to wear and they look stunning. Bought a silver one first and loved it so much I had to get another in gold. Also tried the £5 mystery jewellery offer to meet threshold for free postage on both orders and got a beautiful necklace and earrings. Some gorgeous pieces and I have no doubt this with not be my last order!!

I was recently looking for some gold jewellery specifically for my holiday as I wanted something that I could wear all the time. I came across Nikita and as a south Asian lady I wanted to support another south Asian lady. I planned to initially just buy the anklet but ended up also getting a bracelet and a mystery bag. When it arrived I was amazed by how cute everything was packaged. Every item had its own box and packaging. In my mystery bag I received one of the cuffs which I loved.
On receiving I shared on my social media and the next day I received the sweetest voice note from Nikki saying thank you.
My only regret is not getting the matching necklace.

I was keen to buy the hinged ear cuff (and did!) but also bought the marble make-up organiser. The ear cuff is perfect - lovely quality and the design feels robust enough to last and stay on, yet comfy enough to wear all the time. The make-up organiser is a lovely addition to my dressing table and looks high quality with lots of perfect little sections for my make-up and brushes (and it was on sale!)

I bought a honeymoon money box for a gift. The design and the quality was nice and good, so happy with the purchase. Just the price a little big high for what you get.

I initially was interested in the ear cuff, but ended up buying several pieces in my first order. So happy with everything I have bought, and yes - the ear cuffs really are painless! I’ve since placed several more orders and so has my sister in law after complementing my lovely purchases. Beautiful jewellery at a very reasonable price. Special mention for the lucky dip, lovely to get a surprise and if it’s not necessarily your taste, it would make a lovely gift.

I love love the earcuffs, I got 1 of each in gold and silver. I'm so grateful for the free necklace, I asked for this design as I have similar of the other designs and Nikita's team posted the one I had asked for. I am so thankful for you to do this for me.

I was unsure what it would be like but am thrilled with the jewellery. I got statement earrings, initial necklace and the ear cuff and I am absolutely delighted with them all.

I was keen to try the hinged ear cuff as normal cuffs just fall off or pinch. The product is great quality, looks good, stays in place and the delivery and customer service was excellent.
