Such a lovely shop with very helpful and friendly staff. Finally bought an outfit for my daughter’s wedding. Thank you Charlotte for all your help. Definitely worth travelling from Wales x

After a rocky start where the dress I had bought did not arrive as expected, I then received direct emails from Mr Rayment assuring me he would sort the matter personally, which he duly did and I have now received the dress.
I am very grateful to Mr Rayment, he obviously cares about his customers and business.

My experience was an online hat order with the help from Kryssy she is based in the Manchester shop she was absolutely lovely went above & beyond to ensure my hat matched my already purchased dress would recommend this company thrilled with my hat Thankyou

Fab, personal and attentive service from Nigel and his team. You feel your custom is very valued. Was made to feel special. Was told that if I found something I liked cheaper in the January sale at the boutique, I could return the dress that I had paid the normal price for. I really appreciated this...but not letting go of this dress, as I love it! Daughter (bride) really loved it too, which was important to me and the team spoke to both of us, what type of wedding etc which was a valued touch. We made a day of it with a meal nearby; such fun. Will no doubt be going back for a matching hat. Lots of dress styles to choose from. Note: designer sizes seem to run large - it's not a mistake, you just have to bear this in mind if you're ordering sizes online. Myself, I was one to two sizes down from the dress size I would probably have ordered online. Nigel and team are expert at assessing what size is likely to fit, just by looking at you. So, I strongly recommend an appointment for a personal visit - you will wonder why you ever considered doing otherwise! Thank you Nigel Rayment boutique!

Visited earlier this week for an outfit for my daughter’s wedding. Nigel was very welcoming and helpful. I don’t enjoy getting outfits for special occasions but this was a calm and enjoyable experience. Plenty of room to try on and lots of mirrors to see everything well. I would recommend making an appointment. Also had some questions afterwards which were responded to extremely promptly . Thank you.

I cannot thank the whole team enough. Especially the tailor who came in on his day off to sort out an issue. Absolutely 5* treatment. I can’t recommend more highly.

Lucy was the honestly the worst shop assistant I have come across in a long time. She had no time for us. She took no interest in what we wanted or the size and quite frankly could not be bothered.

For how much items cost in the shop alone you would think their staff would bend over backwards for you.

Unfortunately we had an awful experience I hope no one else has to suffer this too.

A month ago, I ordered a size 8 dress to wear to my daughter’s wedding. However, the dress I received was closer to a size 12, even though it was labelled as an 8. I always buy size 8 in the UK and they fit me well, but this particular dress was far too large. Since a return label was included, I sent it back right away. I appreciated the convenience and thought it was quite efficient, especially as the error wasn’t mine.

I waited quite a while for confirmation that they had received the return, and during that time I made several calls asking whether the dress had arrived and when I would be refunded. Eventually, they did issue the refund — but they also deducted a return fee, even though it was their mistake in sending me the wrong size.

I used their online service - searching for the mother of the bride dress and their opportunity to try several dresses has been invaluable - a great experience and quick to respond to queries.

I only wish I had come here first to find my mother of the bride outfit! I can’t recommend this boutique highly enough. Nigel explained how everything worked, then gave me the freedom to browse and select as many dresses as I wanted to try on—there’s an extensive range of dresses, hats, and accessories.

While I tried the dresses on, Nigel offered helpful advice and helped me find matching hats, shoes, and even a handbag (which they can dye to match your dress). In the end, I bought two dresses! One needed a slight alteration, which Nigel arranged for the very next morning—just three hours later, my dress was ready to take home.

The customer service here is truly exceptional. Don’t waste your time elsewhere—book an appointment and visit this boutique. You won’t be disappointed!

Looking for mother of bride dress . Plenty of choice . Ordered online but sadly had to return. Dispatch is very quick and refunds also very quick . Very helpful too

I ordered a MOG dress online and I could not be happier with it! Great quality, great fit, well packaged and delivered quickly, I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop, beautiful dress!

Choosing a MOB outfit should be one of the best days! Not here! Went into London especially for this shop.

Clearly from the outset they did not want to sell me a dress. Never asked what o needed, spoke more to my daughter! Had to put tokens on whilst staff went away and chatted. Spent more time chatting with the person off the street who walked in rather than us who had pre booked an appointment.

Will admit I had a few tears in the dressing room as two of the three dresses tried on were too small. Hmm what a way to run a business. I had expected high quality service not this.

Told to come back in January but “we may not have what you want”.. hmm

I went to Sean Rayment in Manchester for MOG dress. I found the one I wanted but needed a size up. Sean contacted the Nigel Rayment shop, he was so helpful, I ordered two dresses, different colours, chose the one I wanted and returned the silver one. Payment was refunded promptly. All in all very pleased with the service.

What a terrible service, please be warned. Stay away and Do not order anything from this shop. I have had my order cancelled without any explanation. I made an order of a Condici dress on the 7th April and paid £6.95 for the 2-4 day delivery as I wanted it for Friday 12th April. I got an email from DPD saying it will be delivered on Tuesday 9th April. Today is Wednesday 10th April and no delivery. I queried this with Nigel Rayment to be told because a backlog it will be dispatched on Monday 15th April. I said (very nicely, I hasten to add) I was disappointed with that and feel as there is a delay there end I should get my postage refunded. Without any communication about this they proceeded to cancel my entire order. They then sent me an email telling me this and said to have a nice day. I am in absolute shock that they can just cancel my order without any communication and then have the audacity to tell me to have a nice day. They obviously don’t need the business. Be warned, it seems to me this company gets a kick out of upsetting people and is sarcastic whilst doing it!!
