Uitgebreid assortiment, zeer klantvriendelijk! Laatst was hetgeen ik besteld had niet meer op voorraad, ik kreeg hier netjes een bericht van en er werd snel terug gereageerd toen ik het alternatief doorgaf. Verzending gaat zeer snel! Hartstikke tevreden

Nico & Pouch – 5★ – Still my go-to after more than 2 years (and the only place I order from anymore)

I’ve been buying my nicotine pouches from Nico & Pouch every month for over two years now, and at this point I honestly don’t even bother looking anywhere else.

I tried a bunch of other sites early on, but nothing compares. The selection is huge (Zyn, Velo, White Fox, On!, LYFT, ACE, Pablo, Klint, LOOP… seriously, whatever I want, they’ve got it), prices are always among the lowest I’ve seen, and most importantly, the stock is consistently fresh.

The website is clean and easy to use; I can quickly filter by strength or flavor and get exactly what I’m after. The mix-and-match options and loyalty rewards are a nice bonus too; they actually make a difference over time.

Every single order shows up perfectly sealed, pouches are moist and full of flavor, never dry or stale. After more than two years of ordering, that kind of reliability means everything.

So yeah, I’ve stopped shopping around completely. Nico & Pouch is the only site I use now, and I can’t see that changing anytime soon. Just does everything right, every time. ❤️

On the 10th of September 2025 I placed an order at Nico&Pouch. 2 months and 14 days later and I haven’t received any products. I have sent multiple e-mails to Nico&Pouch, UPS and the Danish Customs board (Toldstyrelsen), but I haven’t gotten anywhere. Nico&Pouch keeps responding that my order should be withheld by the danish customs board, but when I reach out to them, they have no idea what I am talking about. If my products were held, I would have received notice long ago. UPS says that it is issues with the seller (e.g., Nico&Pouch). At this point, I would really like to have the case resolved with any outcome - either receive my products or get a refund… By now I must conclude that this is not going anywhere, and I would not recommend others to order from this store.

Great service, very fast delivery

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online store. The support team gives vague answers and makes no effort to actually solve the problem. I placed an order over a month ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. UPS has confirmed that they’re just waiting for the company to respond, but despite several follow-ups, I’ve heard nothing.

If you want to lose your money and wait endlessly for a package that never shows up, this is the place to order from.

I juli købte jeg 150 bøtter her og jeg har idag(29/10 2025) modtaget et bøde forlæg sagsomkostninger og told afgift brev fra SKAT, derud over kan der være tale om en straffe sag oven i
Jeg købte for 4800, dem har jeg selvfølgelig ikke fået tilbage af nico&pouch
Derud over kommer alt ovenstående oven i
Så at købe fra de her !@#%*!@ kommer til at koste mig omkring 35000 plus en mulig fængsels straf

Min pakke blev taget i tolden, hvor de afventer at få flere informationer fra firmaet. Det er nu to måneder siden og intet er sket. Har forsøgt at kontakte firmaet flere gange, intet svar...

Thank you nico&pouch team. I chose to go with your brand because the mini pouches are, I think a perfect size and packaging doesn’t stand out when placed in pockets. The flavoring is also not overwhelming.
