I requested advice on moving a frame to our new home. The price quote I received was crazy money. Disappointing having spent big money in the first place. Now no idea what to do.

Fabulous experience all round, couldn’t say enough about it. Everyone adores the zip line and it looks classy and is very safe. So much fun had so far on it and hopefully plenty more in years to come. Thanks a million to all the team.

Awful service. Delivery was months late, came in dribs and drabs, some of it was damaged and they refused to replace it. Communication was awful, every time I rang they said ‘it will be there tomorrow/ next week’. Kept promising to check with delivery company and get back to me but never did. One even told me it was not their responsibility to chase delivery and once they had sent it out it was tough if it didn’t arrive.

Hard work to put together, but an amazing result!

A wonderful end to end customer service! Great experience purchasing, prompt sales follow up with delivery on time and date agreed. High quality product - double swing set that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend this company!

Top notch to deal with. Had a little mishap with my order and squared away in a very satisfactory manner. Would happily do business again with them.

Ok service - didn’t receive all the additional swings we ordered but weren’t told why by delivery driver why - has to ring up and wait another 2 weeks for the other swing! The holes were only configured for a few of our swings and not all combinations so we had to drill extra holes which I feel should have been obvious to climbing frames to add these originally.

Constantly chasing the order, eventually arrived in what could only be described as an substandard condition. Warped wood, mouldy untreated wood, splinters on walkways and pieces missing.

Customer service was substandard too and even though photos provided as evidence no compensation even offered.

Would never buy from this company again.

Everything built well. My main concern is they leave holes, where posts go into ground. Left soil all over the shop. Screws missing & broken screws, leading to wobbly bits. They came bk to tidy bits around posts. But might as well not of bothered

I bought a climbing frame during April 2020, took a bit longer to arrive because of lockdown. There was a bit of confusion initially with the order - my fault, but the staff were great, responded personally to emails and sorted everything out. The price is great in comparison to local companies and the frame is substantial. This is no flimsy set up this is good quality kit with proper fittings. The instructions are good but their YouTube instructions help so much more. It should have had three people to put it together but due to lockdown we couldn’t get a third but eventually managed to set up the huge A frame ourselves. It’s well worth every penny and it’s so good my colleague bought one too for her little boy. Cannot recommend enough but beware you need a driver or substantial electric drill for this.

Bought a swing set a few years back - paid extra for installation and well worth it. Still being enjoyed by the kids, still solid. Have recommended to family and friends who have also been happy with service and products. Good products and good customer service.
