This is propaganda. From experience this is all lies.
Since taking over the agency from the previous owner who was polite, helpful, solution focused and looked after their clients. The agency has gone downhill. There is no support for clients with property management issues.
-Steve and the property managers do not deliver outstanding results to clients who get your agency to manage their property.
-Property manager staff do incomplete jobs.
-Property manager staff do not follow up and follow through with the management of the property.
-Property manager staff do not inform the owner of damage to their property and rectify issues that the tenant has done.
-Steve as the principal owner is not polite and courteous to clients when an issue arises
-Steve does not seek to correct errors.
-Steve is not solution focused.
-Steve is not client focused.
-Steve does not attend to matters and correct them in in timely manner.
-Steve is about making money from clients. He is not there to assist them when issues arise.
-Steve will ignore you. He will not return phone calls. He will not answer phone calls. He will not follow up when messages are left. He will not reply to emails. Because the client is not valued, he does not want to correct mistake and its about him making money.
Steve’s conduct is unscrupulous. He is unfair and unreasonable in how he treats clients. He operates in an unethical manner charging for services that are not provided.
Property Managers have obligations for their clients. They are the eyes for the client and are responsible to care and keep it in good condition.
NGU property manager staff failed to adequately act on client’s behalf and in their best interests in maintaining the property.
-NGU property manager staff mismanaged property, when damage was done to the property without rectification of the damage.
-NGU property manager staff did not act in a significant period of time to ensure mitigating any financial loss by owner.
-NGU property manager staff failed to promptly issue a breach notice for the damage caused at the property.
-NGU property manager staff were directed by owner to issue the breach notice. This is part of their job description and they should have done it in the first instance without direction from owner as they are paid to manage and maintain the property and its value.
-NGU Property Manager/s failed to manage routine tasks delegated to them by the
owner.
-NGU Property Manager/s failed to preserve the value of the property.
-NGU Property Manager/s did incomplete inspections, failed to identify and seek
rectification by the tenant for the damage that was done to the property.
-NGU Property Manager/s failed to oversee repairs.
-NGU Property Manager/s failed to protect the owner's investment, allowing damage to be done without seeking rectification as per the terms of the signed lease by the tenant.
-NGU received regular payments to manage the property and to ensure that its value was maintained and the tenant abided by the terms of the lease. They failed in their duty and responsibilities in protecting and preserving the value of the property.
-NGU under rented the property by a considerable amount.
