The customer service is just excellent. In all the near forty years I have been a client, it’s just been the last two years I’ve needed to call client services. Each time I have reached Elizabeth C. Elizabeth is an excellent representative for your company. She answers all my questions, always has a great attitude and provides the reassurance I need regarding my questions.
At the end of my call, I am so thankful for this company.

Grateful for a wonderful experience. Tamiya was a employee helping me; she did a terrific job. My questions primarily focused on my inablity to see some of my accounts online and the procedure for splitting the RMD from one of my accounts to make both a QCD and a partial payment to me. She gave me verbal instructions and emailed the necessary forms to me. Again, kudos to Tamiya.

The agent was professional kind and helpful she listened to my concerns and addressed them l didn’t have to wait long and be transferred 4,5 times. Even when l called yesterday again the agent very helpful l didn’t always have a positive experience but theses recent ones when EXCELLENT.

I called today and spoke with Hali about my partial withdrawal request, that I had sent in on the in on the 13th of this month. Hali kindly informed me that I had missed a page and informed me how to fill out and send form back to be processed.

Robin Green spent a good amount of time explaining my policy to me. She was very knowledgeable and informed me on everything I needed to know on how the policy worked. She was so patient and I felt very comfortable speaking with her.

Gina was absolutely wonderful!!! She is professional, personable, and knows her stuff. So grateful she works there and was able to take my call. If I had my own business, I would hire her away from you and have her as my employee! You are lucky to have her as an employee. Give this women an award as she has not forgotten what it is like to help people and provide great customer service!!!

Cathy the agent who assisted me with filling out my penalty free payment request forms was very courteous, polite and patient. She helped me make what at first seemed complicated to me, a very easy process as well as offered me the several modes of sending in my forms to Nassau,

The person I spoke with was very responsive and answered my questions fully. I was disappointed that when I told her I was upset with my financial advisor, she then told me it wasn’t the responsibility of Nassau. I wasn’t asking her to take responsibility for the sutuation, but a little compassion would not have been out of order.
