My main problem has been with my bank, which then caused my problem w/Nassau, and I've been reticent to contact NFG since. Sheila E (not the drummer, LOL) made everything PERFECT again. Elizabeth C was very helpful--she answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the Nassau policies and computer systems. Elizabeth was A+! However, we were less impressed with Nassau website [several days ago we were unable to access information on one of the policies] or the Nassau automated phone messaging system.

Courtious and Knowledgeable Customer Service Rep... Elizabeth C
Elizabeth C, Customer Service Rep, was extremely courteous and knowlegeable during our conversations in July, September and October of 2026. She communicated with clear and concise information. When a question was asked of which she wasn't 100% positive of the answer, she place us on hold to find out the answer. She is a great ambassador for Nassau!
