First time user of Nextdaycamera. Hunting down difficult to get Nikon kit. They had it in stock and it was delivered next day - "does exactly what it says on the tin"

Excellent price and service delivered well packed the next day as promised. I would definitely use this company again and can whole heartedly recommend them.

Excellent service with great packaging. My Tamron lens is nearly 50% lower than the high street camera shops and is perfect. I would highly recommend them and I will be using Nextdaycamera again.

Please be aware that NextDayCamera are a one man band with very questionable business practices. I purchased a pair of Canon waterproof binoculars from them which turned out to be NOT waterproof after only a few weeks. NextDayCamera have refused to replace them, blaming me in various ways for being responsible. Yes, they are one of the cheapest places on the web to buy photographic equipment, but their good reviews are overwhelmingly for speedy delivery or cheap prices. So ask yourself, how do they manage this? Well, many online retailers offer close to next day delivery these days - so what. And from my experience and those of others on this site who have given them a poor rating, I suspect their cheap prices are because if you do have a real problem with the delivery or with the product it's going to be your fault, so they never have to factor customer service into the price. Good luck with getting a replacement or your money back it you do have a problem. You have been warned!

I ordered this lens at 3pm on Friday, and it arrived 11:30 am the next morning. This was a big saving compared to other dealers and the new lens arrived new, boxed and in perfect condition. Bearing in mind there was no extra postage the value and speed of service is exceptional. I will have no problem using this service again. The lens by the way works perfectly with excellent results.

I recently purchased a Nikon 1000 bridge camera . It looks brand new as advertised with all accessories but the original box was not sealed and the was not paperwork, instructions , manufactory warranty. I rang up and was told that's normal procedure and that I have yo buy/ print I structions and ' request' warrant /proof of purchase by email. (I'm still waiting for a reply)
I did not have to sign the box the delivery man didn't give me time to answer/open the door. I was informed that's fine the driver probably signed on your behalf and the garuantee statrs then ?
I'm very worried now and haven't even turned the camera on. Seriously considering returning it?

Ordered a D850 and received it the very next day. I actually ordered it right at 4pm (their next day cut-off) on the dot, maybe even a tad after and it still arrived the next day, respect. Can't ask for much more than that. Quality service, will get my mirrorless from here 👍

I ordered and paid for a new lens early on Friday morning. Confirmation arrived immediately. I was kept updated on delivery expectation and times. Saturday morning the lens arrived as quoted, immaculate and straightforward transaction. By 11 am on Saturday I was out photographing happily in the sunshine!! Thank you so much.

Still very happy although my Canon D6 arrived one day late compared to expectation - let's blame the courier who did not pick up from Next Day Cameras for over a day!
