STELLAR service, great communication, honest and could not be happier
We have used NexGen twice now for our personal vehicles. We had two large motorcycles sent from TX to NH for a long ride home! The service and timeliness and communication of this company is STELLAR.
Service was so good, that we ended up buying a very expensive vehicle in NJ and needed it transported to TX just last week. NexGen was my first call! They had the car picked up the next day!! And delivered to us in 2 days!
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Quick, honest, and smooth scheduling to transport my newly purchased vehicle from Indiana to New Jersey. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to pick it up with no delay. Before loading for transport, the driver took detailed pictures to ensure no surprises upon delivery. My new truck arrived the following day without a scratch. Great exp - transported Chevy Equinox to Denver, CO from Houston
Requested a Chevy Equinox transport from Houston to Denver, CO. Normal deliveries take unto 3 days but they got it delivered in 24hrs. Had great experience with NexGen as they are pro at what they do and got my car delivered in same condition. Super professional staff and they put their customers first!

Definitely book with this company when it comes to transporting your car to another state, this is my third time and I always have a great experience. They are very fast too! They bombard you with messages and calls so that you make them pay a deposit to reserve the date and then they disappear, they do not answer calls or messages. The phone number from which they communicate is (832) 886-1327 DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP!

They are a Scam
They are a Scam, I got a quote from them to transport 2 vehicles out of the state 2 weeks before the shipping date and the quote was fair and low but a day before the shipping date got a text telling me the price was going to be almost double what was quoted. the problem is they tell you that for sure with the original quote they will deliver so the bate and switch. Do not support with your money this scammers.

Our quotes are based on current market rates, and we always explain that final pricing depends on carrier availability as the shipping date approaches—especially for multi-vehicle or long-distance transports.
We do not collect any deposit until a carrier is confirmed and assigned, and we strive to communicate any rate changes as early and clearly as possible. If there was any misunderstanding or miscommunication, we regret that—but calling our company a scam is not accurate or fair.

Was a positive experience. Needed the car moved as soon as possible. Was given an offer of quick delivery for an added fee. The car was delivered as promised. It was a non running car and the job was handled well.

Our quotes are based on current market conditions at the time of booking, and we always make it clear that pricing is subject to change if a carrier hasn’t been confirmed—especially over a span of several months. If your quote was from three months ago and no booking was secured, it’s possible that market rates shifted significantly by the time you were ready to ship.
We do not promise fixed pricing without a confirmed carrier, and we only request a deposit after a carrier has been assigned. Calling our service a “scam” is simply not accurate.
If you’d like to share your order number or booking details, we’d be happy to look into this further and provide clarity.
