Beautiful covers, great customer care!
I have a Newtral MagicH-GPro and a Freedom chair, and I'm very happy with both. For the Freedom chair, I recently purchased two covers – one in Milk Apricot and one in Blush Pink.
The covers are beautifully made, with a soft, plush texture and a snug fit that ensures a smooth, wrinkle-free look. After a gentle wash and careful ironing from the inside, they looked absolutely perfect.
I was completely satisfied with Jimin's support – kind, helpful, and very attentive. It was clear that he took the time to review my photos and respond thoughtfully.
Shipping also went smoothly, with no issues at all.
Highly recommended!
Newtral Chair Magic H GPro with Footrest
I really wanted this chair to be special. Is it unique, yes. Is it special, definitely not. The lumbar system intrigued me, so I bought it against my better judgement and review research. It's a good system with room for improvement. What really bothered me was the grey version looks like raw cheap plastic that has sat in a cigar bar for 5 years. It's not grey anywhere but the mesh. Footrest is an after thought, table is a gimmick(it has limited forward movement for anyone's stomach) and it just looks cheap( but it's not!). The lumber support and headrest stand out but are let down by horrible armrests. Dispatch and delivery was horrible. Customer support tried to be good but fell short. As a young start up, there is room for improvement. If it was a few hundred cheaper, I'd recommend it with a slight upgrade in plastic choice. Otherwise, look at Sihoo, Desky or even Artiss if in Australia.
Magic H002 chair broke under warranty and no answers from support
Bought Newtral Magic H002 chair and it worked fine for me for the first 6 months until something randomly snapped in the chair making the tilt unadjustable, I reached out to newtral since the chair was still covered by warranty and it's been 3 weeks and still no response from them, the chair is fine for use as long as it doesn't break but if it does ur not getting ur warranty
Edit: I changed the rating from 1 star to 3 because the support reached out and sent me the replacement parts necessary to fix my chair, the process was a bit lengthy but the support was very friendly and available during all the process.

I wish zero stars was an option
I wish zero stars was an option. They have no responded to a single message I’ve sent them. They are trying to charge $85 extra for shipping for tariffs that were never put into effect and they won’t give me my money back that is being held hostage by this $85 I refuse to pay.
Poor Communication, Borderline Lies
I kickstarted a chair from Newtral that took 5.5 months after their original delivery date to arrive. The biggest part of the problem was Newtral's lack of communication and willful ignoring of questions that had even a slight negative tone to them.
The original projected ship date was end of March 2025. That came and went with us asking for any news.
Newtral popped in to give updates approx every two months. Those updates being that we needed to pay more for chairs that were already supposed to be shipped out to us, one of the colors having a manufacturing delay, and that almost all units had been shipped out while the comments were flooded with people asking for any tracking info.
Newtral regularly deleted comments if they were even slightly negative, said they'd reach out in private messages on comments (those were often updated with the OP saying they still hadn't been contacted), and were also reportedly selling the chair on tiktok shop before most people had the ones they paid for.
Even though the product is genuinely nice, I never wanna deal with this company again.
If I could give negative stars
No transparency or communication. I've reached out multiple times via multiple platforms (some failed delivery or broken links on Newtral's end) with no reply or acknowledgement.
I've been attempting to get in contact with them due to the fact that I received the wrong product, and am missing an additional cost item that was part of the order.
Beware trusting this company
Shocking communication in that they don't reply or you just get a generic 'you're important to us' reply with no substance behind it.
Absolutely dreadful delivery times (still haven't received my goods).
It's only when you complain to Kickstarter about them enough times that they respond 'kind of' with another 'nothing news' post.

Non existent customer support
I received my chair but I'm missing 3 key components so I can't build it. I've contacted customer support 6 times and never received a response.

there are many comments on the kickstarter page saying the chairs are being sold on tiktok shop and amazon, and newtral are fulfilling those orders first.
Chairs for the kickstarter were supposed to be delivered March and it is now august

Never got my order. You can buy the same chair on Tiktok with free shipping and get within a week. They scammed their Kickstarter backers that paid them over a million USD.
Also all the reviews about the pro table all mention "their son" and are 100% fake reviews by the company.
Avoid this company.
One star is more than they deserve
One star is more than they deserve. I have never received worse customer service in my life. I was told to expect my order in March, but it is August, and I’ve still received nothing. Emails and pleas for help go unanswered; any information I have received has been an outright lie. Hundreds of my dollars are gone without any explanation or anything to show for it. Please learn from my mistake; do not give this company a single cent.

Last update on the Freedom chair almost 2 months ago, last thing I know because I found the vessel that carried my chair is that it was unloaded in UK 12 days ago. No tracking, no information or updates
Lost Faith & Trust: Misleading with little to no communication
I backed a Kickstarter campaign for the Newtral chair in February 2025 and paid $249, with an originally stated shipping estimate of March 2025. In March and April, I was asked to pay an additional $50 and $25 for tariffs and fees, bringing my total to $324.
In May, I reached out to inquire about the order still not being delivered and was told it would be prioritized. As of the end of July 2025, I have not received the product, nor have I received any updates. The Kickstarter campaign page itself has not been updated in over a month.
I’ve contacted the company multiple times via email, Kickstarter comments, and social media, but have not received a response. Based on public comments, it appears the company is replying to very few backers and has also changed its primary contact email address during this time.
Backers were also required to confirm their shipping information through a third-party platform, PledgeBox, with the understanding that we’d be able to track order status there. My order has remained locked and unupdated since the initial setup.
I understand delays can happen with crowdfunded products, and I’ve approached this campaign with patience and good faith. However, after nearly six months with no product and minimal communication, I feel the experience has been increasingly opaque and disappointing. At this point, I’ve paid $324 — $75 of which were additional unexpected fees — and still have nothing to show for it.
Still no chair or tracking number
Backer 3332 It’s July and still no chair or tracking number. Newtral answered on my previous review and offered to communicate about the shipping, but their email is shut down probably due to the sheer amount of mails, and they do NOT answer the direct messages. This means they do not communicate with us, and as a European backer I would like to know exactly what’s going on.
I know some backers in USA have gotten their chair, but this is not the case for European backers. We have no tracking number, no info and the company does not in any way answer our messages.
Listen, Newtral, you need to communicate with us!!! And with an email that is dead, you cannot ask us to mail you. At least make a new email that can handle the requests.

I’ve backed tons of Kickstarter projects, and delays are just part of the game. Newtral’s no different, but their MagicH Pro chair I got before is still my favorite. This new one’s just as good—super solid quality. I trust these guys, they deliver in the end

No updates, no communication, no tracking, no CHAIR. This chair has cost over $300 and now it's too late to get a refund. How is this company operating legally? If you go to the message boards for this campaign, there are countless complaints all saying the same thing. They just stole our money. I will never use Kickstarter again.
