Newman Roofing is “Outstanding”. During hard rains, we would have a small leak from around a vent pipe on our (35 year old) roof. The sales representative explained the entire process and answered all of our questions during a “zero pressure” sales presentation. In person communications along with text messages and photos kept me updated throughout the entire project. The crew arrived as scheduled. They fixed the leak, painted the vent pipe to match our new shingles, replaced the roof and cleaned up. They treated my property as if it were their own. The crew worked as a team to complete the entire job in less than seven hours! Our experience with Newman Roofing was Top Notch. From the initial call to the office too schedule an estimator, until the day the roof was installed my wife and I could not be any happier!!!

Jason Whiteley, who was our estimator, arrived on time, and after completing his inspection he sat with my wife and I to explain Newman's approach to replacing our roof. He provided multiple options and explained the benefits of each option. Additionally, Jason videoed a section of the plywood underlayment and showed how it was delaminating, and should be replaced. He explained the additional cost, but explained the benefit of replacing the plywood. The other roofing companies estimator's indicated the plywood "May Need to be Replaced". Jason showed roofing shingle catalog, and it there were more shingle color options to choose from. Our first choice was not available, but our second choice 'MID ATLANTIC BLUE' was available and that sealed the deal.

The extreme quality of service did not stop with the contract signing. In addition to replacing the roof we needed to replace all the stucco on our house as well. Jason worked behind the scenes with the stucco contractor to coordinate timing and materials that needed to be used to ensure our house was sealed properly. While the stucco contractor was at our house Jason delivered necessary flashing materials and talked with the crew to make sure flashing was properly installed on a low angle roof section of our roof.

Three days prior to installation I received call from Newman's production scheduling and they provided install date (weather permitting), site prepping that I needed to do to ensure roofing crew access and the name of the crew leader. The day before installation Newman crew leader Dustin called me and said his crew would be onsite around 7:00AM the next day.

When the roofing crew arrived Dustin and I spoke, and I explained my biggest concern was protecting the stucco on the house. The roofing crew proceeded to placing protective netting all around the house. Next the crew removed all the old shingles in less then an hour and all the plywood in another hour. The shingles were going on by 10:00AM and by lunch time the majority of the new shingles were installed. The crew was done installing shingles, cleaning up and taking down netting by 3:00PM. The crew spent time installing and sealing customized flashing around our chimney, and completed this task by 4:00PM. During installation the production manager stopped by the house several times to check the work, and talk with me to answer any of my questions.

After a few quotes we received from other roofing companies, we chose to go with Newman Roofing. We connected with Mike Merrick very well and he explaining the process and their products, he even had samples for us to look at! What sealed the deal was that Mike was able to give us a quote on that same morning, after the inspection, and Mike worked with us on a preferred date of installation. On the day of installation, the crew worked very hard, organized and efficient, we even got the attic fan installed! They also spray painted a tub that was coming out of the roof for asthetics and I knew they cared to have our roof look amazing! After the crew was done, they cleaned up around the house and had a magnet to pick-up any nails in the grass and other areas. I was impressed by that gesture! My roof was done in one day! From the initial contact to make an appointment for a quote the folks at Newman were courteous and had a no pressure sales approach which I respect and like very much. We had to take a little bit of time to decide but when we did we picked Newman Roofing. We thought we were going to need a full resheet on the wood and we ended up not needing it which saved us over 6,000. We appreciate all the hard work and great product that they give people.

Due to Ohio weather I have had numerous roofs replaced during the last 20 years. All my newer roofs have stood the test of time. Each roofing company finished the job well and in a timely manner. The roof repair I had performed on one of my homes last week was different. I decided to use Newman Roofing, LLC for this job. The company notified me when they arrived to begin the job, texted me to provide updates regarding their progress, and if there was going to be additional expenses the supervisor notified me immediately. During the afternoon I stopped at my property to pay the bill and was amazed at what I saw. This company had all the modern tools needed in order to do a quick roof replacement. Everyone on my property was busy doing something roof related when I arrived. A special covering was used to protect my entire house from sustaining any type of damage while they removed and replaced my roofs on the property. The supervisor and quality control men assigned to the job were friendly and very professional. When I went back to check the house after this company departed, my yard was as I had left it. The company didn't leave debris behind for me to clean up. Both roofs look amazing and I could not be more pleased. Should the need arise again, Newman Roofing, LLC will be the company I use in the future.

Newman roofing installed our roof and the wood replacement as well last week. They did an outstanding job. Alex was fantastic and went above and beyond. They all did an excellent job. I could not be more pleased or impressed by my experience with Newman Roofing providing a new roof on my home in Worthington. The job required a tear off of the old shingles and partial repair of some sheeting boards. In addition there were complicated repairs to several skylights. The entire process from choosing options for the repairs to final clean up was professional and honest. I'm retired with a construction background and it was obvious to me that every member of the crew was well trained and focused on quality, attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I was also glad to see that Newman Roofing supervision promotes a culture of safety for its worker.

As new homeowners, we were very impressed with Newman Roofing. Even though we had received two other estimates that were slightly less expensive, we decided to stick with Newman because of the professionalism that they showed. We had the privilege of working with Tim Delaney. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company. The day of our complete roof install, Alex was our project manager. From start to finish, Newman Roofing was an A+ experience. We had roof damage and decided to replace the entire thing. Newman offered to put a temporary fix over the problem area even before we chose to have them replace the roof. Everything from the initial ordering to the final clean-up was as professional as could be. We had three companies give us estimates.
