Me and my partner are first time buyers, we had absolutely no clue about anything house related! We went to view a home that was advertised by new home solutions and went ahead with a sale. We have been dealing with Helen Dyson as our sales progression and she has been absolutely fantastic. We have been kept up to date every step of the way, no question is a silly question when we have been filling documents in and haven't always understood the lingo! She has been happy to give us advice and guidance. Also very prompt! We have not exeperiend any delays at all from new homes and Helen. Never have to wait for a call back, documents are always complete and ready when they say they will be (which has always been quickly) and mostly importantly to us Helen was friendly and approachable. What a great experience we have had with New Home Solutions. Vicky, our Sales Progressor, was fantastic. She gave us weekly updates on the progress of our sale and offered us advice and guidance for any questions or queries we had. She always had a positive can do attitude that made what was a very stressful process much easier to digest. I had a lot of questions due to being a first time buyer, and Vicky was very patient with me and gave me the information I required.

Not sure where to start but from the beginning I found them to be rude and dismissive. We were issued with endless deadline and told if we didn’t meet them the house would be put back on the market, only to be told on the day that we MUST exchange they couldn’t as The sellers new house wasn’t ready. They were rude to my solicitors who are thankful this horrible experience is almost finally over!
