New Holmes sent a letter. I responded, using the scan code. I spoke to a representative by phone.
Then they sent a Surveyor. I was impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. An appointment was booked after the required documents had been supplied.
The insulation team arrived. Then the electrician. Finally the plumbers.
They completed the work in about a week. All workmen were polite, professional and did a thorough job.
I'm quite happy with my experience, workmanship and results. They did what they promised.

Very pleased with all the upgrade work to my 1910 built property. Impressed how the trades people managed to overcome any awkward issues with my old property. All the work that needed to be carried out was fully explained and they were open to my requests on some of the non standard issues that needed to be overcome. Work was carried out with the minimum of mess and disruption. Very impressed with the punctuality, quality of materials and finished result. Would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.

We initially wanted to make our home more energy efficient by going from an E to a C.
Newholme Energy were very professional and reassuring from start to finish. The work carried out was quite extensive, but it was all worthwhile. The workmen turned up each day and worked really hard. The office would go the extra mile if I had any queries, or if any further specialists were needed, it would be arranged straight away.

Fabulous. Those great lads made sure every area was covered before they started. Worked extremely hard and were kind and courteous. They had a messy job but left the property as clean and tidy as they found it. Very impressed.

This company is outstanding in every single way. I had dealt with a couple of companies before finding these guys and I honestly couldn't fault them. From my initial enquiry until the whole job has been finished I have been kept up to date by Sam who really is the best for communicating and responding even when he was on holiday! The guys doing the work were really quick, clean and tidy and extremely professional.

Guys were courteous, punctual and kept disruption to a minimum with the added benefit of doing a superb job.

The guys turned up on the day they were due to start and got straight on with the installation. Everything was dust sheeted and floor protection was laid before they started and at the end of the day they had a good tidy up. Really pleased with the quality of the installation and everything went like clockwork. Would highly recommend them.

At first I was sceptical and couldn’t believe that this was free, but the men in the office where really accommodating to my questions and constant badgering.

The tradesmen where amazing! My partner is in the trade and is highly fussy, he was gobsmacked by the Romanian men that came to do our exterior wall insulation and plastering. They wen above and beyond and are really hard working men! The plumber that came to put our radiators back on was amazing, going above and beyond for us.

Our home has never been warmer! Before I’d have to consistently have the heating on to ensure the house stayed warm, not I only leave the heating on for a bit and the the home heats quicker and retains heat for much longer! Thank you so much for your service, I still can’t believe there was no cost, the service was as though you are paying top dollar!

Had Wall insolation done. The 3 lads that came and did this they worked so hard. It lasted 3 days every morning we got good morning they was so polite and friendly and very quiet. As much as it was 3 days full work after every day they would hoover and tidy. So happy with how it now all looks they did a great job couldn’t recommend enough. We are a very busy house dogs, cats, horse and chickens age of adult and children ranging from 9 to 75 so we was in and out a lot. On passing they would always say excuse me or sorry, no sorry I’m in your way. I couldn’t find fault in there work at all walls now look so good all the finishing touches done to top standard. Kind ov miss them now they have gone
