Newcom could only translate the clear printed text on a document but not the hand-written text which I required. My document was from the 1800's and written in the difficult-to-read old script of the time.
I gave Newcom the benefit of the doubt and assumed perhaps their experience is limited only to contemporary documents/handwriting although their Website does not mention this, nor did they give that as a reason when, like another Poster here, they also offered me a 50% refund which has never appeared.

The team was helpful and completed my request on time, and the service was straightforward. Overall I had a great experience using Newcom Translation.

The draft translation was sent, as advertised, in two working days. The paper copy didn't arrive a couple of days after the definitive version was approved, even though I paid for a first class delivery. When contacted, they apologised and made sure I received my copy the following day. Overall a positive experience.
