Friendly staff and easy to book. We have needed storage in between moving homes. It was easy to book last minute and give notice for when we move out. Everything feels very safe and secure.

I was shown around and there was no obligation to book. The booking of storage is flexible and good value, and the location is excellent. Our business has hired a unit at Newbury Self Store since 2018. During this time our storage needs have changed several times and the staff have always accommodated these in a helpful and timely manner. The premises are kept clean and in excellent condition. There is a lift for the upper floor units, trolleys to help with loading and unloading and customer toilets. You can buy boxes, tape, packing material and padlocks on site. There is plenty of parking and all units are easily accessible.
During opening hours, there are always helpful, friendly staff members on site, and on the end of the phone, to help with any questions. As we’re not local to the unit, the staff have been very accommodating with receiving deliveries on our behalf and placing them in our unit.
We pay by direct debit and receive our invoices on time and a receipt to confirm the payment has been taken.
The staff go above and beyond for us, and we are very pleased with all aspects of our hiring. We highly recommend Newbury Self Store.

The staff here could not be more helpful or polite. Nothing is too much trouble, no question is too silly, and they give you their time and attention. Units are clean and tidy. Access is easy and everything is explained and demonstrated. Better still, by using this company I am supporting an independent, local business.

Newbury Self Store was perfect for my needs while undertaking a set of house moves over several months. Everything was kept secure and dry and the unit rental price was very fair.
Good access and a useful set of trollies made moving items in and out easy.
