I used the company as an American needing to convert USD in an American account to EUR for a downpayment on a home in Paris. Shaun was helpful, professional, and fast at each step of the way--from setting up the account, to getting a good exchange rate, to ensuring that the money was sent out and received. Have been using NewbridgeFX for converting funds for our company for over a year. The online account is very user-friendly and very easy to follow all the stages. The telephone service is great too - we have an account manager who will set a deal if I can not get to the online account . He also keeps an eye on the rates and will call us when they are to our advantage. After the last conversion of quite a big amount, Dylan called me to make sure we had received the funds in our account which was very reassuring.
