1st class service and support through the process
We used New Move as part of an incentive when buying our new home. New move arranged for the estate agents to visit and then handled all the dealings with the agents and the solicitors involved in the buying and selling of our home.
This was out really well as it removed any chasing around from my side of things. We were given a weekly update as to progress and the whole process worked very well.
If we were to move again I would have no hesitation in using new move again.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. We moved into our new build home on 18th December and Nicola Johnston has been part of our journey from the very beginning. 2020 has not been a normal year and our sale wasn't normal either but Nicola sorted any obstacle that occurred. She took the stress away from us having to deal with it all. I would recommend New Move to everyone

Invaluable support, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
I’m in the process of buying a new build property and have used the sales assist option offered by the housing developer to sell my current house. I’ve been supported throughout the process by NewMove who have been invaluable, I hate to think how stressful it would’ve been without them - Nicki has been amazing right from the start.
Communication has been excellent, responses are quick and things have been explained clearly throughout. I’ve been updated on progress at least once a week (sometimes several times a day), Nicki has made sure that I know exactly what has been happening. The person buying my house has been somewhat difficult, however Nicki has been relentless in ensuring that the sale has actually happened - managing to reassure and keep me calm at the same time!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NewMove, the service provided has been excellent and incredibly professional. If you are in a similar situation to myself then they are definitely the company you want supporting you!

Our experience with New Move
Our experience with New Move has been amazing. We don’t have a negative thing to say at all. From the beginning of our moving process right to the end there has been a high level of support, advice and reassurance. Nicki Johnston has been fantastic, she has offered us help all throughout, kept the process as smooth as possible and was really friendly and approachable! They have done everything they said they would and more. We wouldn’t have had the very quick move we did without them and are very grateful. We would 100% recommend and would use again!

I cannot recommend highly enough!
The team at new move have an exceptional unique selling point. They deliver! I have used this company to help sell properties for me for the last 3 months and the service they have given has been absolutely exceptional. It's meant that I have no stress everything is dealt with and they have sold the properties within 7-days. I cannot recommend this company enough and Nicki and Neil have been an absolute delight to deal with all through the process. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond on several occasions for me thank you so much!
