Trying to do a return. Found out I have more than back problems.

Great product .. don’t fit well on my knee..

I’m not a native speaker so excuse me for my spelling and grammatica mistakes ..
I bought a kneebrace to support my meniscus problems.
Easy order, a Quick follow up and delivery in the Netherlands!
The brace is comfortabel, relieves and gives a good support.
I am satisfied!

Fast delivery to Singapore and the quality was good. The knee guard was comfortable and matched the description well. I realised after consulting the doctor that I had purchased the wrong type for my needs, so that was on me. Thankfully, the return and refund process was smooth and hassle-free. Kelly was also very responsive and helpful.

Everything went well with the shipping, I will try it today, though I have a friend who uses this knee brace and she said it is working.

Just started using them

I purchased the product on September 2025 and have returned it as it did not work for me. However, it's now April 2026 and have not received my refund. I am hoping they will eventually do.

Its usefull so far

I ordered on Lumbar Belt on Mar 22, 2026 11:28 am, and the tracking shows: Shipment has been returned to sender on Apr 04, 2026 04:02 pm, when I never requested for it be returned back to sender. Sent them an email to get refund, they do not respond! NEVER buy fron them, complete SCAM from being advertised to tracking number provided! Lost around 95$!!!! STAY AWAY from Neurogena !!!

Had an item, then returned it.
The process to get a refund is not good and you have to chase them up. The company seems to just delay things for no reason. Very frustrating and will not be using this company in the future.

I recently purchased some neck and lower back stretchers and a knee brace.
I especially like the lower back stretcher.
My lower back doesn’t hurt all the time, but I’d been feeling a bit of heaviness there for a while. The morning after I used this product, my lower back felt lighter than ever before.
By the end of the day, I also feel less strain on my lower back, so I’ve been using it every day since.
I think this is a great product for anyone who feels some discomfort in their lower back—even if it’s not severe enough to warrant a trip to the doctor.

I am very disappointed with the quality of these knee system/ knee pads. I used them for just one CrossFit workout, and after the first session, the rubber ring and its outer cover started to detach.
