I'd like to give them 4 stars but my…
I'd like to give them 4 stars but my recent experience has been a bit shaky. The services they offer are decent but it can be a whole lot better. I have had some inconveniences regarding the server and other small issues which I have not experienced with webhosting companies from abroad.
Customer Service could be improved a lot nai bhanum. It's not like they are not trying, but I feel it to be severely lacking.
Customer Service is not 24/7/365 as they claim. They respond during normal Nepali working Hours.
