I am a freelance video editor. Between 12 and 25 April 2026, I produced 33 videos and 2 thumbnails for Nero Funding (Bags Enterprise LLC) at rates agreed in advance with the principal Nick Baggs. Total invoice: USD 2,710.
Andre Dowdell paid an earlier USD 50 invoice at the same rate structure on 16 April. I delivered everything two days early. On 19 April Nick Baggs confirmed in writing the work "looks good."
When I sent the main invoice he went silent for a week, then asked me to drop to USD 50/video and split into two invoices. I complied and reissued at his terms. He still did not pay and has stopped responding to over 20 calls and dozens of messages from me, my Polish intermediary, and his own business partner’s wife.
All evidence (iMessage transcripts, call logs, invoices, the prior paid invoice) is retained. Posting this so other freelancers can make an informed decision before accepting work from this company.

05/01/2026 contracted with Nero Funding to purchase Shelf Corp and obtain $800k in business lines of credit within 30 days. On 6/18 I have still received nothing and now the company does not return my phone calls, texts or emails. I have requested a refund
