Asked for cheapest shared hosting plan with terminal and the chat guy suggested VPS, And I was like shared hosting also provides terminal, like ehostingpanel and himalayan host. Then, my conversation lost, after I accidently closed by chat window. He was like already sent you link and told me that share hosting don't have python or nodejs support. I said LOL and he closed my conversation. His tone way very impolite from beginning. I don't know about their service. I am rating on behalf of customer care support(chat).

After thoroughly checking our database, we found no account registered under the name “Yagamurti Bhurtel.” What we were able to trace was a reseller hosting order placed using a completely different identity. This alone raises concerns about the authenticity of this review.
2) Your cancellation request and reason
You purchased a reseller hosting plan and later submitted a cancellation request stating:
"I don’t want it anymore. Privacy concerns and personal reasons."
At no point did you mention any technical issue, downtime, or service defect. Simply deciding you no longer want the service is not a valid reason for a negative review—especially when there were no specific complaints raised with us before posting this.
3) Refund policy explained clearly
Our refund policy, which is publicly available, applies only to shared hosting plans. Reseller hosting, VPS, and domains are non-refundable, as these resources are allocated and provisioned specifically for you upon purchase.
Our team clearly explained this to you when you requested a refund.
