I pre-ordered a figurine way back in April and it arrived today with no problems. As soon as they had the stock in, I was sent an email saying that they've shipped it out. Royal Mail 48 is used as the delivery service so the parcel is in safe hands with online tracking and text/email alerts to let you know when they're going to deliver. It was a smooth and stress free purchase.

The only reason I rate Nendoworld with 4 stars is because generally, they are one of the higher priced UK based figurine websites. If you shop around you can generally find the things they sell cheaper, but I can say that if you do choose to shop with Nendoworld, they are reliable and get back to you with any queries within a day. Just a shame that the prices are so high-end, but alas that is what it is to be a UK based figurine collector.

Really good service and delivery, everything arrived in good time and was protected nicely! No one wants a broken figurine delivered. I would recommend NendoWorld, they’re a good alternative to getting it directly from Japan, personally a lot easier to order from these guys. Keep up the great work and expect more orders!

They had a Nendo that I had a really hard time getting my hands on because it's either snatched in seconds or incredibly pricey at other places (The Bakugo Nendo from My Hero Academia). Of course, the price was higher than normal but that's because the figure is on high demand and I get that. It was still a better deal than buying it $100usd+ elsewhere, haha!

The box for the figure came in with a dent in the corner but I'm not too picky about that, just thought others might want to know.

They said the figure would come mid-month but I'm the kind of person who likes counting down the days. I was just a bit nervous not knowing the exact date to expect a package but it wasn't too bad!

I had a pretty normal experience which is basically no complaints. I was just really glad they had the figure I wanted in stock so I'd like to say thank you for that!

As what I'd bought was a pre-order of what was out of stock elsewhere, when the site changed the release date I started worrying a little. However, when my item arrived at my door I'm glad to say my opinion of the site did a complete 180 and now I would gladly recommend NendoWorld to anyone looking for Nendroids.

I have ordered a few Nendoroids from this website and have found them to be consistent with their packaging and Delivery times. They have not let me down and I will continue to give them my custom. I would recommend it to anyone looking for fairly priced official products.
