Exceptional product, brand and service
From the moment I walked into the shop on Lamb’s Conduit, I could not have been made to feel more welcome and at home by Cristina who took great care to take me through the features and provenance of each of their beautiful products and the company ethos with passion and clarity.
The ethos and approach of this relatively small and new brand is one that companies of all sizes, ages and industries would do well to look at, mirror and learn from!
After trying on a few of their items, all fitting perfectly, my mind was blown by the fit, look and feel of the comfort shirt. I have worn shirts professionally every day for many years and have never felt anything like this. I didn’t want to take it off! So I didn’t - I kept it on, paid for it and walked out the shop with it still on! I love it so much I bought a second one the following week… Neem and its exceptional team has a fan for life!

Nick: Many thanks for investigating and letting me know. It can't be easy handling orders in the midst of a store move. I can understand the difficulties. You are right in that my order was changed but that was because I was told, when I enquired, that my original order was out of stock. Sizing is tricky
Sizing is tricky - whilst the body length and chest was ok (even if a little long and relaxed) the sleeves were super tight. exchange makes no sense given the proportions and unfortunately the return process has left a somewhat sour aftertaste with delayed or no response. Whilst I support the vision of Neem the execution and support could be much better

Nathan, sorry about the sizing trickiness - our ZQ Ts are normally very reliable in return rate terms and when people try them on in store they are mostly very happy. We tried to offer personal service on the sizing, I guess we just advised poorly. Carbon Costly UPS on the way to you for return post xmas On another note thanks for the feedback and our overshirts are extremely consistent in sizing. Best Team Neem

I was told via their chat function that the sleeve length on a medium shirt was 33 inches. It was more like 35.

I'm really sorry for the sizing. That shirt is quite slim and we normally have a function where often I or one of the team text you with actual sizing details and to ensure a more personal service. Sadly, a few orders went through without the team texting you. May I offer you an apologetic code. As a final point, the next batch of that style has been cut a little wider. Sorry again. Nick
